As you can see the box arrived quite damaged but the item itself was intact and appears of good quality. The user manual is easy to follow and understandable - although clearly not written by a native English speaker. I am using this for general aged-muscle aches and to some extent to see if the arthritis that is beginning in my hands can be minimized with some gentle massage. So far so good. The extension handle is easy to put on and take off even with Arthritic fingers and is great for getting to all points of the back and also getting to the calf muscles without quite so much bending whilst standing. Overall - impressed. Edited I thought I would give an update now that I have had chance to use this item for a little while. First: the damaged packaging, I think this was caused at the packaging stage within the manufacturer since the cellophane wrap was not stretched or damaged. Thumbs up to Amazon who contacted me when checking my review - it automatically assumed it was them. Nice customer service there Second: I am using this every day for a couple of minutes in total on my hands at the lowest speed of 166rpm (revolutions per minute). The result has been better than I expected. The pain I was experiencing in both hands is no more! I would say a major result although in time I expect the arthritis to get worse. So for now at least I am enjoying the respite Third: the detachable extra reach handle is a bonus and makes getting to all parts of my back so easy. I have not used the device much here only when I have finished gardening and my back aches. Great to get a massage after though. Fourth: battery life is excellent. I am still on the initial charge and at 75% full. Much better than I expected for this priced item Fifth: would I still recommend this Renphoreach? Absolutely. For the price I think I scored on this one :)

Wow, this is the best massager I’ve ever had! I have two cheap massagers and a top brand leader. The Renpho wins hands down for performance and value. I bought this as my cheaper massagers are not performing well, and the expensive one sounds like a lawn mower. The Renpho is quiet yet powerful. I use it on my tennis elbow, and it’s greatly improved. It’s great for post-workout recovery, and the angled extension handle is a game changer. I can reach every sore spot with ease and without stretching or straining. I’m tall, and I can massage my calf muscles with ease. My wife, on the other hand, found it more comfortable to remove the extension, but she’s considering shorter than me. The USB C charging is fast and easy to use, and it comes with a good variety of heads. However, I usually stick with the firm foam ball as the perfect all-rounder. There are five power levels controlled with the same power On/Off button. I stick with level three for my needs. I'm not sure it is as powerful as my old noisy Theragun but it's not far short. Considering its price and the angled extension handle the Renpho massager is a no-brainer. Buy one now and release that tension you’ll be thank you did.

I bought this as a spare muscle gun, I also have a theragun and this doesn’t compare in terms of the strength of the massage. However, this gun is a fraction of the price of the Theragun and at the top setting does provide a decent amount of pressure and speed. It has four attachments all fine but the hard bullet shaped one works particularly well. The extender handle really is good allowing reach to the mid back easily but it does mean a little reduction in pressure you can apply. The touch screen on the rear is a little sensitive and if you are trying to press down a little to get more pressure it sometimes switches down to a lower setting which is a little annoying. Battery life isn’t amazing but charges quickly with usb c charger. Packaging in nice and it’s not too big. Overall for the price this is an excellent buy particularly if you want a spare gun or something to take while travelling.

I like the handy carry case it comes in with 5 different heads, charging usb lead, and 2 spare rubber sleeves. All heads come with the sleeves included so it’s easy to get started once the initial charging is complete. I saw it in use at the 2024 Olympics by gymnasts during competitions. The different heads means more areas can be treated - even getting someone else to use the fork tip to go down my spine! It’s relatively quiet in use so I can watch tv and not disturb others in the same room, on low settings. I haven’t needed to use a higher speed than 2, but it goes up to 5 which is very strong. It’s easy and quick to charge. Well worth the money if it gives me years of service - will have to wait and see. Guaranteed only for one year - I would have hoped for extended warranty on something this solidly built. This is a professional product and the user manual makes it very clear what damage can be done if used incorrectly!

I have musculoskeletal problems, and require regular physical therapy. Having injured a limb regular physio has been impossible, getting about has been difficult, and I worry about getting trapped in a downward spiral. This thing is great. It does not have the power of a Theragun mini, but it is much easier to hold and position, and therefore can be self-administered more regularly and easily. It's what I was hoping for, and after just less than a week of use I'm already feeling improvements. As a lightweight massager, with USB-c, for difficult to reach places - this is great. Better, stronger, more robust products exist, but cost at least three times the price. Theragun is worth the money, providing stronger deeper massage than this. But that's a lot of money, this isn't.

Well made. Holds charge via supplied USB-A to USB-C cable very well so far (note: does NOT include a Mains plug to USB Adapter). Powerful pummelling for aching muscles. The in out travel of the oscillating head is fixed at a constant 8mm. So can only adjust frequency - easily done in steps 1 to 5 via a touch sensitive pad. The attachable handle extension allows me to reach the painful knots on my back easily. For some the power might be too much. It needs holding firmly and experimentation with amount of pressure. Too loose a grip, or too light pressure allows the head to bounce which can be painful. Also, users should avoid bony parts like elbows, wrists, shoulderblades, shins, ankles which could get bruised. Does a great job for my needs.

I’ve been using this for a while and it’s honestly super convenient, especially for reaching your back without struggling. The vibration levels are good for everyday use — not super intense, but enough to relax sore muscles after a long day. What I really like is how quiet it is. Even on higher settings, it’s not loud or annoying, which makes it easy to use anytime. I do wish it had a heating option that would make it perfect. Also, if you’re looking for something very strong for deep tissue, this might feel a bit gentle. Overall, it’s great for regular use, just missing that extra “wow” factor.

Il prodotto è di ottima qualità, solido e completo di tutti gli accessori necessari per lavorare su diverse zone muscolari. L’ho presa principalmente per sciogliere una contrattura al trapezio e già dal primo utilizzo ho sentito un miglioramento evidente. La consiglio assolutamente a chi pratica sport o soffre spesso di contratture: pratica, efficace e davvero utile nella routine di recupero muscolare.

Después de un dia de uso, todo perfecto, es potente, solo 5 velocidades lo que para mi es un pro, no tienes que estar graduando entre 20 o 30 velocidades y que se te haga tediosa y se te quiten las ganas de usarlo. El brazo extensible es un extra que va perfecto para llegar a partes de la espalda. Este es uno de los motivos por lo que lo compre ya que es principalmente donde lo quiero usar. La bateria por el momento bien, pero hay que ver como responde después de meses de uso si sigue durando lo mismo. He comprado varia de otras marcas que no tenian potencia suficiente y las revoluciones de quedaban cortas, eran lentas. Lo he cogido de oferta a unos 43 euros y creo que por eso precio es mas que suficiente. Como contra lo único es que es algo grande para transportar a cualquier lado.

Ce pistolet m'a été conseillé par un chiropracteur de très bonne renommée du coup je l'ai acheté et j'en suis très satisfait. Il est bien maniable, pas trop lourd, simple d'utilisation et avec une puissance largement suffisante (je le laisse quasiment tout le temps sur 1 ou 2 en sachant que ça peut aller jusqu'à 5). Le témoin de la batterie est très pratique pour pouvoir le recharger quand c'est nécessaire. Bien évidemment il est livré avec tous les embouts nécessaires pour une utilisation complète sur le corps. Le tout est dans une pochette à fermeture éclair donc vraiment super pour le prix.

I read reviews before buying this - I have chronic back pains stemming fro a broken vertebrae in a motorcycle mishap some years ago - not riding, but trying to lift up a Goldwing that had fallen when parked in a soft field! I know that this will not cure my osteoarthritis - nothing will - but it does help to relieve the pain. Mostly I read great reviews - which is why I bought it, but I always take a look at the negative reviews.as well . there were not many, but some complained about very poor battery life before needing a recharge. If it was so, then I think the company has addressed this. The packaging even states "Improved battery life. I have had mine a few days now, charge it only once when I first got it and so far the indicater has yet to show less than a full charge. If there was a problem before, I believe it has been addressed by the manufacturer. A couple of issues I would mention - but neither are deal breakers - are as follows. (1) It has an extension handle which is a great feature and that is the main reason I bought this unit. But if using it, be careful to keep your hands away from the handle release button or you could wind up holding onto just the handle while the device falls off! I did ..... just once, then I learned. (2) As someone mentioned before, if you use two hands on the device as I do sometims, the speed / on-off control buttons are in a position where you could easlly trigger a change inadvertently when using the device. That happened to me when I first tried it. No big deal - after doing it once or twice you will learn! Happy with my purchase and would buy again! Neither of these issues should change your mind from buying - just thoughts that could make it even better! More than happy with it! as is though. Thx to the manufacturer /supplier - Love it!
