Awesome for Kodi Box
I was having issues with the Amazon 4K firestick and getting Kodi on it so I bought the much more expensive option and made a Kodi box out of this LIVA Machine.I downloaded LibreELEC, put it on a flash drive, and then installed it on to the fresh out of box LIVA.The wireless networking and bluetooth are awesome options. Both seem to respond really well. This has become my media hub now so all of the hard drives with my media are plugged into the LIVA box and I'll stream on other devices in my house with little to no issue. The price was a bit much but I only needed the one.

Pleasantly surprised with build quality & details
This is an unexpectedly well built tiny PC. It has two Ethernet ports, making it perfect for the pfSense firewall. I didn't attempt to install pfSense on the eMMC built-in drive. Like others, I bought a small M.2 SSD to install. Buy a M.2 2242 physical size SSD. It will fit and the mounting screw will work perfectly. The BIOS was up to date. The BIOS can be set to power on the PC when AC power is restored.

Order with a Short M.2, 32GB emmc is useless!
¡Warrning to the non-tech-savvy! I couldn't boot from the 32GB internal emmc. After booting Linux from an USB I discovered it was reading the storage as an internal SD card reader. Emmc needs to be read as an USB SD card reader to act as a boot device! M.2 slot is avalible but the motherboard manufacturer placed the M.2 slots near the center of the board inline with mounting holes so a full size M.2 drive will not fit! Therefore your only options are to purchase a short M.2 SSD or a normal M.2 with extension and mount it on the inside of the case. Device works great as a router. Tired PFsense, OPNsense and ClearOS.

How do you get it working?
I am hoping this will be an awesome gift for Christmas, however, i have tried 5 different methods to install Win10 and each one comes back that the file on the DVD or ISO ripped from it is invalid. Each of my tries were perform to the letter that the manufacturer recommends (or at least the minimal amount of instruction available on the net)1) You don't provide ANY instructions on how to install, only to modify. Had to google a half informative owner manual2) You provide a DVD to "easy" install...there is no disc drive on the pc...really?3) when creating an ISO image file from the DVD, it return with each program that it is an invalid ISO file.I tried Win 7 Download tool, ImgBurn, Burnaware, and Rufus, nothing works.I tried cleaning the USB through cmd admin, nothingI tried converting from a standard ISO image to a bootable ISO and it still recognizes it as an invalid ISOI am willing to correct this review once there are adequate pieces of information provided to make it more than a paper weight.I would really like to begin enjoying the gift. Only wish that the kit included all required information on how to get her up and running.

Cheap dual nic mini computer
It does exactly what it was designed to do. I picked this one specific for the dual nic and fanless design and it hasn't disappointed.

Great firewall but keep it cool and keep an extra few bucks handy
Makes a pretty great network appliance (running PFSense) so long as you keep it well ventilated. It seems to start throttling pretty badly at 60C but only reached those temps when I stacked it on my modem. PFSense, and probably other BSD distros, don't seem to like the built in storage; I purchased a $50 SSD and have had no issues since.
