Such a beautiful ornament that is practical
This fry pan is so beautiful, very well made, and is made in the U.S.A. I have never owned a wok as I wasn't sure about the materials of most woks out there. But this one is almost like a wok and it's titanium which gives me a peace of mind. I love the small size that can control the quantity of the food. And, it's not heavy that is important to me. I had owned other name brand pans before but they were all very heavy. I always had to be psychologically ready for the heavy weight before picking them up. But this pan is not heavy and the handle is made in a curve so that it is very comfortable to hold, and it doesn't even burn my hand when other pans did burn my hands. After I used this pan for the first time to cook hash browns, it was immediately stained. I was very disappointed and was ready to return it. Then, I searched on the Internet to see what I could do to get rid of the stains. I found a method that I could use immediately. I used the same amount of white vinegar and tap water to boil the mixture on the electric range top for 5 minutes. After I rinsed the pot, I was shocked. Because it went back to its original shiny state. I was overjoyed and was thankful to the Google search to give me such great information. I will not return it for sure. But, any metal utensils absolutely can't be used on it. Canโt stack up cooking utensils or plots and pans on it as it can be scratched easily. Scratches may trap food particles. Now I know how to make it back to its original shiny state. The Internet says that I don't have to use a special method to clean it every time but can do it periodically. If I want to do it more often, I just need to make sure that I have white vinegar at hand. I don't know why, but the food just tastes better stir fried with this pan. The texture of the food also is better compared to other completely flat-bottomed pans as the slope area allows food to be steamed that somehow makes vegetables crispier. I used a lid from another pot that could fit this pan to let it steam a little on low heat after initially stir fry food on higher heat. To be precise, I used Nutiva organic liquid coconut oil. Not to say that this is the only oil that can be used on this fry pan. I noticed that when I cook with this pan, my attention is all on the food itself, but not on the inconvenience of heavy weight or a hot and awkward handle. Making food taste good is effortless by using this pan and the results are consistent. In the past when cooking with other pans, I was always unsure of the results that often turned out to be big surprises. I am extremely satisfied with this small sized titanium fry pan.

Kudos to Heritage Steel
I was looking for a pan with gently sloping sides in which to flip eggs without a spatula - too steep and things tend to roll over prematurely. That feature is surprisingly hard to find. This pan looked promising and now that I have used it, it fits that bill perfectly. This pan is thicker and heavier than almost every other stainless pan I have owned. I seriously doubt I will ever need another. I use it on induction and find it slow to heat, but boy is the heat EVEN. I think part of that is the entire exterior layer is magnetic instead of just an add-on plate stuck to the bottom. The two downsides I read about are the handle being hard to hold, especially with soapy hands and the price. Yeah, if I put liquid soap or cooking oil directly on my hand it is a bit challenging but not too much; I don't normally cook that way anyway. That said, it is a very comfortable handle. For whatever drawback that me be, it is well worth the longevity of 316 stainless as opposed to 304 (I used to work in the steel industry). As for the price, it does seem a bit steep. However, after using it for 2 days, all I can say is I think it is worth every single penny.

Nice not great
It is advertised that the 7 ply will prevent food sticking when used according to recommended directions- weโve used this at least 30 times now and strictly adhered to directions- slow, low heating etc. Unfortunately with or without oil, all the foods are sticking to the pan, so unfortunately we cannot compare this with other nonstick pans.

A great beautiful pan
I love this pan. It's beautifully made and performs great. Non-stick for eggs! Just pre-heat it on medium/low heat until a few drops of water ball up and dance; then use moderate heat with a bit of butter or oil and 'Bob's your uncle'. Easy to clean with a bit of soapy water!

it still sticks a little the fish skin,
---Today I tested the two pans if it stick that I first heated then put cold oil, then put fish. However, it still sticks a little the fish skin, and the both did. Maybe I heated the pans too short time ?
