My husband was going to cut some rounds for me off a branch that fell for a project i wanted to do for the grandkids. I saw a wonderful matching game that was on wooden rounds instead of cards. I like the easy of using it with younger children as they migrate hand/finger coordination easier then a card and I like the natural feel and look. It was very expensive for a simple game and I thought I can do this! My husband said the rounds in the branch would all be a little different and make the game not about memory, so we looked on Amazon and I found these. So Perfect! I made a set with shapes, numbers, animals... When they fist start you can make it so they see all the images and match them in pairs and then you can turn the over when they are old enough for memory. It is such a fun interactive game and great on so many levels for little ones. Hours of endless play! I also bought a plain cloth bag on amazon painted on it to keep the pieces in. I used acrylic paints for the wood rounds and markers for the bag. I hope that has inspired a great use and a reason to purchase these, but beyond that there are endless craft projects from xmas tree ornaments to daily inspirational words, quotes or affirmations. I made a set for my friend as a gift and put inspiring affirmations. I also used the same bag and instructions to pick one whenever needed, Huge hit! They are sturdy but think enough to make sets that are not bulky. I also used them in a retail display window buy stringing them and hanging in the window again with painted words for our business such as spa, massage.... The uses are endless, the price is amazing for how many you get and the quality, If you think of another use, let me know!

Absolutely beautiful wooden hearts

These wooden hearts were part of a baby showers as the table center piece. I painted them and they held up. No bubbles, streaks, or crap wood pieces. They were smooth, durable, and performed exactly the way I needed them to. When the center pieces were done, I put the rest on the table as part of the table confetti. They weren’t too thick to look clunky and not too thin to snap when handled. They made the appearance of the table look amazing.

I used this star for a Terra cotta Christmas tree and it was the perfect size. I applied an acrylic gold glitter paint to it and the star was perfect.
