This cushion can be used at home or on your office chair, in a wheelchair or perhaps in a car if you are a passenger – but it may be a little bit too high for some vehicle drivers. It is a good size to take with you when you are out and about or away from home and can be folded for easier transporting. At around thirty pounds currently from Amazon this is a decent value cushion that could offer relief from many common back problems and it is recommended to anyone looking for relief from various painful conditions – although it may not work for everyone. Not for me I find it isn't wide enough & not enough padding for me :(

I used this in my wheelchair but found it raised me up to a higher level and I felt really uncomfortable and self conscious. I am used to using much thinner cushions or the gel like cushions and so this was just too different for me to get use to. I also tried this in my home office chair. It felt better than the wheelchair but was too hard for me - I am used to using softer memory foam cushions that you "sink into" whereas this felt like I was sitting on top of it. With the softer foam filling I find it cushions my hips better and is more comfortable. There is nothing wrong with this cushion. Its well made and worth the price, it is purely a personal choice that I prefer something different. It was useful to have tried this as it has highlighted what works for me and what works for me might not work for you.

Thickened Coccyx Orthopedic Seat Cushion Due to having a boney rear end I often find it uncomfortable sitting on an upright or office chair, sit too long and I have to keep getting up to ease the aches and pain. This cushion is a godsend for me as it makes sitting on a hard chair so much more comfortable and bearable. No matter what style of office chair I sit on, even if it has padding, I still get uncomfortable. This 'Coccyx Orthopedic Seat Cushion' just rests on top of a chair and provides as much padding as you would ever need. The cushion has a base that has hundreds of small silicone dimples which prevent the cushion from sliding around. The upper surface is made from a super soft black velvet like material. The cover has a full length zip so that it can be removed for washing. Inside is a thick chunk of memory foam that is shaped to give maximum support and comfort to anyone sitting on it. What I particularly like is that this is a little larger than a couple of similar cushions that I have. There are no straps to secure this to a chair, just a small handle to use for adjusting it's position. To be honest, this doesn't need any straps as it seems to remain in place due to the silicone bobbles on the underside. The foam is perfect and comfortable to use. It give brilliant support expecially if you have back problem. I am so pleased with it.

Il comporte une large échancrure en U sur un côté et une légère surépaisseur sur l’autre, et son fabricant conseille l'usage du coussin avec l'échancrure positionnée vers l'arrière pour les femmes, et devant pour les hommes. A l’usage, le coussin soutient efficacement le bas du dos, et le soutien ressenti est ferme et précis. Sa mousse à mémoire de forme épouse et conserve la morphologie du bassin au bout d'une journée. Sa base est munie de picots antidérapants qui le maintiennent quasiment en place sur n’importe quel siège, et on peut le transporter d'une seule main grâce à sa poignée latérale. De bonne qualité de finition, ce coussin de siège TravelEase est efficace et agréable, et en raison de sa conception, j'ai trouvé que son usage est plus adapté et confortable sur un siège rigide ( ex : chaise ) que sur un fauteuil ou canapé moelleux.
