Very useful with learning muscle up technique!
I brought these bands to help me learn to do muscle ups and within 3 weeks from starting to learn to do them i can now do them unassisted.I still use these bands when i feel fatigued to help with Technique, I recommend these bands to anyone who wants to do body weight exercises such as pull up/muscle ups ...

Product matches the description
I ordered these bands to use them for my elderly clients as some of them lack of mobility and aren’t able to use dumbbells or machines. These bands are amazing, they do the job. People are happy with them too.

Purple (50-120 lbs) Lasted 6 months
I used this band twice a week to do "deadlifts" and oblique stretches. It definitely provided the resistance but sadly it snapped a few days ago (around end June 2023). I gave 4/5 as I'm sure there are more durable bands, but it otherwise did what I wanted.

great bands for exercise and rehabilitation
The resistance bands are great, I ordered them for my mother as she has stiff joints and it is better for her to exercise in a low impact and holistic way. I also like how they are colour coded. Highly recommended

Love this product
I had purchased one set of resistance bands before finding these bands, and this was definitely a better option. These bands are very durable for the price and I like that there seemed to be more options for weight resistance, I have been using these to get my pull ups better and I can already see progress.

Worth it
It is a great band for the price! Doesn’t seem cheap, gets my job done. Not as strong as I expected but I do think it is a decent band and there’s ways to increase the resistance by double looping it.

Perfect Quality
The item description is perfect and so is the weight. The quality of the band is also excellent and it's able to handle good weight and is perfect for warming up or even to hold weight. 10/10 would recommend it.

Serves its purpose well
I use these bands instead of a reformer when doing a lifts and dragonflies. Works absolutely great. You just need to figure out the amount of tension and poundage’s you need to assist you.
