SYLVOX Outdoor TV, 43 inch Smart Waterproof Outdoor TV, 4K UHD Weatherproof

Great TV for our deck. Very bright and was easy to set up. Seems like it will hold up well in the weather. The picture quality is good and the sound quality is surprisingly decent for built in speakers (certainly usable). The remote had an issue but Jason from the support team was very helpful in getting a replacement sent out that works great.

This tv has a bright screen, descent sound and was really easy to set up. Its a little heavy, but because its in a steel case. The remote control is easy to use, and I havent left it in the rain to find iut ifnit is truly water proof/resistant. It was a great value for the cost, especially in sale and it seems to be made wellnso far. I have it in on a stand on my deck and put loaded all my streaming channels very easily! Loving this tv!

We recently renovated our deck and it has quickly become our favorite outdoor living space. We decided to look into what is needed for an outdoor television, and the choice became quickly apparent that Sylvox is the superior choice. We chose the 55" partial sun version. Delivery was ahaed of schedule. Installation and setup were very straightforward. The cabinet is tighly sealed so there is no concern about water intrusion. I have not had a Google TV, and am getting accoustomed to it now. The picture quality and sound are top notch. Even though we are outdoors, the picture is crisp and clear. Is it more expensive that an indoor TV, yes. Is it worth is, ABSOLUTELY. I do not have to worrry about bringing it in and out. I did have some questions about the product, so I sent an email to customer support and received a prompt, professional, and courteous reply. They even followe back up to confirm that everything was working properly and confirmed my warranty registration. I have XFinity for my home television and I wish that it would stream to Google, but it seems that is between those two companies and not related to Sylvox itself. Overall, this is a high quality product that is supported by a high quality team. I am very pleased with my investment!

I keep a cover in the TV, but it has held up in a few bad storms. Nice picture. The interface is a bit sluggish at times, especially after first powering on. I noticed it is worse when Bluetooth is enabled. I ended up pairing the TV with a Sylvox Elf2 soundbar and it's a great pairing that allows me to leave Bluetooth disabled. Overall, I'm happy with the TV

We have this TV installed in our pool cabana, and we absolutely love it! We spend a lot of time outside during our Michigan summers. The installation was quick and easy, setup was very user-friendly, and the picture quality is amazing. We’ve been extremely happy with our investment. We did have an issue with our original TV, but what really impressed us was how quickly and smoothly Sylvox handled everything. They replaced the TV and took care of all the details, including delivery of the new TV and pickup of the old one. Since our summer months in Michigan are limited, we really appreciated how quickly they worked to make sure we weren’t without our TV for long. We are very happy customers and would definitely recommend Sylvox!

I strongly recommend not purchasing this TV. Within the first year, the TV began freezing multiple times during use. The only way to fix it was to unplug it and reboot. Around the 14-month mark, the problem became much worse—the TV froze and entered a continuous reboot loop, making a very loud noise. The power button didn’t work, and the only way to stop it was to unplug it. Unfortunately, every time I plugged it back in, it would immediately start the same cycle again. After researching online, I found that many other customers have experienced this exact issue. It appears to be a known hardware failure where the TV gets stuck in a reboot loop. I contacted Sylvox, and to their credit, they responded quickly. However, after a lot of back and forth, their final solution was for me to purchase another TV for $714 and ship my defective unit back at my own expense. Considering I already spent $2,300 on the original TV, this would put me out close to another $1,000. That’s not an acceptable resolution. At this point, I’d rather take my chances with a $350 standard TV, especially since it will be used on a covered patio. Bottom line: a TV at this price point should last far longer than 14 months. This seems to be a known hardware issue, and the company’s resolution doesn’t match the severity of the problem. Lesson learned: avoid buying expensive electronics from brands you’re not familiar with.

Wow! What a great deal! I had actually purchased a Sylvox Outdoor TV for my home in NJ about 4 years ago. It wasn’t the greatest. And it was really difficult to set up and to operate the remote. And the sound was awful. And it leaked. But Sylvox was great and fixed all of my problems. But this TV is awesome! It is bright enough to give a brilliant picture. The sound is great. It was up and running in minutes. The remote is user friendly. And the price was right! I would highly recommend this outdoor TV.

I have been using this outdoor tv for about 2 months now and couldn’t be happier with it. I’ve used it in a range of temperatures from 10c to -30c and with the extreme cold temperature, the tv worked as if it was in a warm area. I am very impressed with the brightness of the picture and picture quality itself. The tv is exactly what I needed for my area being by the hot tub. The speakers on the tv are far better than any indoor tv that I’ve owned but don’t be surprised that your left wanting to add a soundbar or secondary speakers but this would be personal preference on volume and sound quality. I did have to reach out to customer support with a minor issue for the remote and their support was very accommodating and easy to interact with. They replied with in 24hours and are very professional. I would not hesitate to purchase another product of theirs In the future.
