Nice Product
Great hot water bag. It heats quickly, stays warm for a long time, and feels safe and sturdy. Perfect for pain relief and cozy comfort. before it is very nice. Now a days I feel the temperature is not the same condition( It's been more than 3/4 months).

BEST Customer Service and Product
Not only is this the CUTEST and FLUFFIEST hot water bottle, but the customer service provided by this seller is outstanding. I voiced that I had an issue with the first delivery, and they immediately helped me find a solution and offered to send a new one. The product is soft, itโs easy to use, and you donโt have to keep refilling it because of the heat conducive material inside the bottle. So so worth it, and thank you again milkycat for my product and for your kindness!

Wire sparked and it deid in a year
It works good but take time to warm up and mine just gave me spark and the wire is broken now and bottle is useless it lasted about a year i belive overall its good .

Bit of a pain but it rocks
My only problem is that it doesn't say how much to fill it, and I worry that I put too much and it'll explode, but I don't want to put too little or it could cause a fire. It worked well anyways for my grandma, for the month she used it before she died. It's cute and it helped her keep warm and put a smile on her face. I'm glad I got it for her.

Much better than hot water bag or microwave heat pad
I've been searching for an electric hot water bag for a while, and finally found this one! Instant heating and do not have to bother with hot water fill in. Also the heat lasts longer than the microwavable heat pad. With the same functionality, this is the cheapest one I could find on the internet.

So far so good!
I much prefer electric hot water bag than heating pad that needs to be connected to power all the time. It was a mess to fill in water though. Other than that, I'm quite happy with the temperature, and it stays warm for a long time. Let's see how long it could last, my last one (not this brand) died after 3 months. ----Update in 2024 I have been using it for 5 winters, and is still in great working condition and looks good too! Highly recommended.

It is amazing it just needs instructions
It was high quality and with a stuffy like padding in the front good to sleep heats up good is very warm i love it and even the water bag has a cute bear patern would recommend but since it doesnt have instructions i just asked chatgpt for some help

Highly recommend
It works very well and heats up quickly. I was hesitant to buy it because Canadian electricity is 110 watts and it can take a while to heat up but you can use it after about 10 minutes. I am completely satisfied and want to buy another one for my daughter.
