I have both the Moon and Cloud Velvet masks and really have enjoyed both over the few months I’ve been using them on my dry, sensitive skin that’s prone to dehydration. I use Tretinoin and Salicylic Acid frequently and really try to maintain my skin barrier while still treating any sensitivity that may occur due to chemical exfoliation or acne breakouts. Moon Velvet is very creamy and really locks in the moisture. I love the shea butter because it’s a great ingredient for anyone who frequently uses retinol/retin-a but doesn’t like the tacky feeling of slugging with Vaseline or Aquaphor. I can do two layers of Moon Velvet and my skin looks and feels just like I did a night slathered in Vaseline without all that extra weight on my skin. Soft, smooth, and fresh with the bonus of being rinsed off easily (I’m not a morning cleanse person). In addition to the Azulene there’s also tea tree oil and some root extracts that have anti-inflammatory and soothing benefits so you’re getting more than one ingredient to help calm and soothe the skin. As someone with infrequent but painful breakouts when they do occur, this was a big selling point for me. Barrier/Moisture care AND calming is a great combo for dry AF skin. Cloud is more of a gel texture and lighter on the skin than Moon. It has a lot of brightening and plumping ferments alongside the ceramides so while it’s taking care of the skin barrier it’s also going to let you wake up to bouncier, glowy skin and possibly help with evening out the complexion over time. This one I often use during my AM routine as it’s light enough on me for it but I also sandwich it with Moon if I’m feeling extra dry. For the price, these are excellent sleeping packs and worth a try. I don’t really notice the subtle scents of either cream after patting them in but Moon has a slight lavender fragrance while Cloud is vaguely herbal. It’s not strong at all but worth mentioning as I know many are very sensitive to fragrance.

I think this mask is great for those who deal with dark spots, dullness, patchiness and blemishes, as it helps renew and refine the skin overnight. I would recommend this mask to anyone who wants a gentle and hydrating sleeping mask for smooth skin.

A little goes a long way, and the product comes with a handy spatula to scoop out the perfect amount. While it's not a one-and-done solution, it does work best when used on top of other products to maximize its benefits. I appreciate the value for the price point, and the product does deliver results that are worth the investment. I use this product before bed right after I wash my face. I'm noticing a huge difference in my skin in the morning compared to when I use my usual moisturizer. I usually get super dry skin around this time of the year, but lately I have been waking up with no dry patches at all. It's very rich, so I've also been using it with a gua sha tool to get even better results. A little goes a looooong way! The scent is very light, especially when dry. This is a great dupe for pricier sleeping masks, but for a fraction of the price!! The value on this product is insane. You get a very good amount of cream for such a small price, and it has such great ingredients. If you're on the fence with this product, I would recommend giving it a shot!

✨️ I normally don't go for sleeping masks because they are thick and feel like it takes forever to dry but this one is named "velvet" for a reason! It is so light and soft on your face and it doesn't have a strong scent like others I have tried do! I have combination skin with a bit extra dryness in winter but in the few days I have added this in my routine I have noticed that my skin is more hydrated! I highly recommend this if you need an everyday night cream! ✨️

First off, I loved how quickly this got to me. I ordered this product and it was at my door the very next day. For the price of the product I would say it's a very fair price especially with how big this is. I was genuinely surprised at how much product was in the container. And the color of it is very vibrant and it's blue color helps remind you that this is for the evening. I also enjoyed how clear all the details were on the container as well. I used this for 2 weeks straight and have to say that overall, I just really enjoyed the way this made my skin feel and now can say that I would definitely recommend giving this a try!

I was really excited to try this because the other facetory stuff I've tried has been good but this. This made me break out after the first use, I tried it a second time just to make sure the breakout wasn't a coincidence but nope. Both times I used it I woke up in the morning with a bunch of little whiteheads on my chin. And I don't generally get that kind of acne. If this mask/cream HAD actually worked well for me it still would've been a problem because it expires in a couple weeks. Maybe that's why it was on sale? Pretty sheisty tho, charging people even a discounted price on something that's about to expire without letting them know beforehand.

I got this because it was on sale for 5$ I LOVE the factory moon velvet sheet mask. I would seal the packaging to preserve the excess essence from that mask. Though it has the same name, the moon velvet in this is not the same as from the masks. The masks version is much more moisturizing. This one is moisturizing but not more so than any other cream. For five dollars it isn’t bad. It has a slight bad smell; but not one that lingers. I wouldn’t get it again. Honestly I just get the moon velvet mask and try to funnel the excess into a closed container. I really wish that could be made into a a stand-alone moisturizer.
