very strong
This set with four bands is best suited for fairly heavy leg, back work as the poundages are for strong experienced resistance trainers. Very neat compact storage and quite versatile really. I use them for front squats , dead lifts and heavy lat pull downs. The lightest band is ok for triceps and pec crossover movements. Comes with extendable bar and handles. I attach the bands to a sturdy power rack as these bands take a lot of force to stretch them.

Pratico e di assoluta affidabilità lo uso in casa quasi tutti i giorni. Ottimo prodotto qualità e prezzo. Consiglio per chi vuole rimanere in forma senza andare in palestra.

Seems high quality but not so understandable
I like the materials I see, they seems to be high quality material. But I used it once, and never again, because too complicated to setup. It's not a problem of this product, but of the type of product itself.

Naja, ich war von anfang an nicht begeistert, als ich das Teil für meinen Sohn bestellen sollte 🤔So ist es auch leider ausgefallen. 😏Es hält nicht, was es verspricht. Für diesen Preis etwas besseres erwartet. Einmal benutzt, danach war der Boden überall rutschig, weil die Bänder mit irgendwelchen Zeug eingeschmiert sind, das auch noch stark riecht! Das Ding liegt jetzt in der Ecke und wird nicht mehr benutzt. Keine Kaufempfehlung von uns👎
