Was able to attach to existing attachment which was cemented into the ground therefore easy to install It’s a very sturdy rotary line and holds a large amount of washing

Good quality , but mine was damaged at the end of one of the four arms. (See pictures) Plastic cap was pushed in and a piece broken off. I needed pliers to get the metal end pulled back a fraction in order to get the plastic cap out. Managed to super glue broken piece of plastic cap end back on. Otherwise it was open to the elements (wind rain etc ) and sharp edges to any laundry catching on it . Hence only 4 stars. The rest of it was great. Easy to put up and down. Good size, nice grey colour. Cover was ok nylon fabric so not sure how strong or how long it will last after several uses. Fast delivery. Overall please for the price.

My last one broke at the bottom and was fit for a child in height, after about 15 years. There are so many choices and as many variations on price. I opted on this one after reading reviews. This is a solid well built aierer. I am very pleased with my choice. Its easy to put up, came with a cover and is perfect height. I hope it lasts as long as my last one, and the price is perfect compared to the expensive ones at about £90! It came quicker than predicted, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Great little washing line. Perfect for our small garden.

I am really happy with the washing line, it is exactly as described and more than big enough for my family washing. Everything required is in the bag and I have found that putting the line up to the first locking position requires little effort and the mechanism works well and it is easy to fold up after use. The added cover is a real bonus that leaves the garden looking tidy when it is not in use. The powder coating should certainly help it last a long time.

OK for the price

Yesterday my 25 year old rotary line finally came to the end of the road in strong wind. We were faced with a pile of mangled scrap. I immediately ordered this and it arrived today. It is exactly as described. Easy to assemble- no cat’s cradle with the wires. The ‘gold’ metal spike fits into the existing hole. Job done. The cover is more flimsy than the one we had but that doesn’t detract from the product itself - so no reduction in stars for that. We’ve kept the new cover for when the old one disintegrates (as it will one day!). I would have added photos but for some reason was unable, despite best efforts, to change the settings.

Impossible to put up when first unpacked. The line was threaded all wrong, 4th line criss-crossing to 6th line, knots, etc. So when trying to push up, the line became too tight and wouldn't go as far as the 'latch'. In the end I had too unthread the whole line and then rethread it which took ages. On the plus side it came a day early and the airer itself looks sturdy.
