WOW! I am beyond impressed with this camera!!! Especially for the price paid! At first I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to get the camera to connect to my phone then I read the details/specs about the camera. I realized this camera will only connect to a 2.4 ghz frequency meaning, if your router is 5ghz it won't connect or if you have a dual band router 2.4ghz and 5ghz it won't connect until you disable the 5ghz. That's probably the reason why so many people were having issues connecting/setting it up. In order to disable the 5ghz you have to find your IP address which is easily done by googling "what's my IP address" after finding your IP address, you'll copy it and paste it into your search bar and hit enter. It should come up with a "gateway login".. for most providers the username is admin and password is password but it can differ so you may have to google search to find yours if that doesn't work. Once logged in you'll go to connection > wifi and you'll the see the two frequencies. You'll want to disable the 5ghz so that the 2.4 is the only enabled frequency. :) also, for the reviews that say the camera is delayed- I've only noticed a delay after unplugging the camera and re plugging it in until it gets reset. Other than that, it works like a charm! Love that I can hear and speak into it! Works with my iPhone and my computer!!!!! Yay!

Picture is great and the set-up is a breeze. I love that you can move the camera from your viewing device.HOWEVER, the software is slow and buggy. Can only be viewed on one device at a time. My husband and I both set it up on our phones. It was working fine on my phone, but as soon as he logged in on his, it kicked me out and now I can't get the camera to load at all on my phone. Now it's almost useless because I'm the one at home with baby all day and I can't view it!

The camera works very well. The software on they other hand have us some trouble. Browser and Windows security says the site is a known scam / security risk. I downloaded and reviewed the files and deemed it was worth the risk as I found nothing that worried me. The software does work fine and it's not caused any trouble or security issue I could find. The manufacture really needs to address that.Aside from the software trouble the camera itself works as expected.

I’m pretty sure my camera was hacked. I am hearing strange noises coming from it. I tried to contact the cuztomer service and nothing is working! I can’t even return this!!!! It was in my kids room! I feel terrified and violated!

This camera is awesome!!! I can check it throughout my day at work or wherever else I am. It rotates 360 so it eliminates the use for multiple cameras and pans up and down! The best thing ive ever bought from amazon

had a decent picture but it is very delayed. Would not recommend as home security and definitely not to watch your baby!!!

This is a really good buy! It is very well constructed and is very easy to set up and fun to control from my Android phone. After I got it and tried it out, I had to order 2 more.

just ordered a second one of these. my husband and i both installed the app on our iPhones and the picture is fantastic!! i love that i can save pictures off of it.
