I am truly happy I found this! I detoxed off of strong prescription sleeping pills 1 month ago and have struggled with insomnia since. I found this online and bought out of desperation......it works! If I am feeling very stressed during the day I will take one and it definitely "takes the edge off" and if I take 2 capsules shortly before bedtime I have wonderful sleep. It gives me a little bit of a warm, calm feeling mixed with tiredness...it is a sweet feeling. I will be taking this for a long time, much better than prescription meds!

Didn't work great for me
Did not really seem to do all that much for me. I took it for two whole bottles straight and did not really notice any significant effects. Could just be how it reacts with my body though

Relaxation and Sleep
Package came sealed and in good condition. I got this on recommendation from my doctor for peri menopausal symptoms. The combination of Magnesium and Ashwagandha does help with sleep and relaxation. Been using for about six months and take every night. Not a miracle pill but does help with sleep.
