This appears to be a good quality fiberglass, consistent weave, no defects. Compared to 4 oz cloth, this 6 oz seems to be much more than just 50% more, but then I don't have a lot of experience using fiberglass. This did not work well for my purposes as it was a bit too heavy and stiff to drape well over edges. I needed something a bit softer and more flexible. If you want this to conform to a 90 degree bend you would have to fasten in place like with staples. So good quality, just not good for my project.

It worked well for my application. I built a cooler to hold 2 corny kegs and fiberglassed over some 2" thick r-13 insulation. It doesn't like to bend 90°, but what fiberglass does? There are a couple spots that didn't go entirely clear for some reason, but it was my first time using fiberglass. It's very possible that it was my error and I didn't get enough polyester resin under the fiberglass to totally wet it. I'm happy with the result.

Works like a charm. Easy to roll out, perfect for A wood canoe or paddle board build.
