What are the actual dimensions of the VertuoPlus Deluxe?

The manufacturers website suggests external dimensions of 232mm x 335mm x 325mm ( w x d x h ) or 9.13 inches x 13.18 inches x 12.79 inches ( w x d x h ) . However they do not qualify exactly from my findings.

Is there a biodegradable alternative to the nespresso capsules, which i understand are horrible for the environment?

I have purchased capsule tops for refilling capsules… They are made of silicone and do a really good job. Plus you get to use your own coffee (Which I prefer over all of the Nespresso options I have tasted) and you don't have to be polluting the planet.

Is there a model where the frother works on the unit?

I’m sure there are but I’m only familiar with the Vertuoline machine which does not. But I have two small frothers that work.

does this machine brew the Alto size (140z) capsules?

It does. It brews all three sizes of capsules. You need a bigger mug for the Altos because the foam/crema will extend above the 14oz
