The Medium size is more than enough, its fits 2 sets of clothing, towel, shoes, shower bag and even 2 suppliments. Therr are even 2 bottle holders. However, The large protien packs will take around 40% of the space.

Me encanta la marca Under Armour. Necesitaba una bolsa con cierta capacidad para cuando marchas de fin de semana. Estaba ya cansado de marchar con varios bultos. Esta bolsa lo soluciona todo, 58 litros dan para mucho. Con múltiples espacios: uno especial para zapatillas, en el exterior una malla para poner 2 botellas, en el interior un pequeño bolsillo para lo que quieras más controlado, bolsillo lateral... La puedes llevar colgada o con las asas que se juntan con velcro. Bonita, barata y bien construida. Ya lleva unos meses de tralla, y como el primer día!

I have used multiple bags which torn apart really quickly even with mentioned weight. This one stands out. Quality is good and it is practical with enogh compartments to keep your gear and clothes.
