These work!! I’ve been dealing with some pretty uncomfortable bloating when eating things very fibrous or starchy things. I’m always skeptical of otc supplements but I thought I’d give these a try and I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my digestion!

Work really well and have a pleasant, lightly sweet flavor- I have had severe GI issues including daily vomiting and regurgitation along with acid reflux and erosion of esophgus, indigestion, bloating, vitamin deficiencies causing lethargy, brain fog, vision problems, acne and dry skin, hair loss, etc for over 5 years with no medical answers... found these online and decided to try both of NOW's chewables and capsules (had better results with the chewables...maybe the outer capsule?). I had, at first, pretty decent results, but not quite there yet... things were definitely much better, but still not as great as I'd hoped.... so then along with taking the ChewyZymes, I tried removing all soy (and it's derivatives: not easy in USA-its added to almost everything!!!) from my diet. I immediately felt amazing! Everything started to go back to normal, like when I was younger! No more GI issues, vomiting, stomach aches.. my skin cleared up and hair came back in, even my vocal chords started to heal so well I could sing again: I FELT GREAT!!!! Then I had several personal issues; a death in family, a car that died same week and along with a bunch of other financial crap going on- with all that, I didn't remember to take the enzymes. I forgot to take my normal 1-2 enzymes with each meal and quickly, more and more, the symptoms returned.... getting worse and worse until I realized that after about 4 weeks of feeling again like crap, I had not been taking them with my food. Over the last month, I'd been really sporadic about taking the enzymes....and it showed almost right away... As soon as I put this together (brain fog had come back with a vengeance!) I immediately took a couple ChewyZmes and my stomach ache got better, then within 2 days of returning to vigilant enzymes before every little thing that I eat or drank, I am now again back to normal! I now realize that I have a deficiency with my own enzyme production and will probably never be able to eat without the help of added enzymes. ...guess I should sign up for the subscription orders! Taste of these is palatable, at best. Like stale berry flavored Tums. It's a weird flavor. Mildly chalky, but dissolves well enough to not warrant complaints. They work well, which is most important. I eat the regular digestive enzymes by this brand with almost every non-breakfast meal. These are helpful with having lactase in them for when there's dairy, or could be, in the food I'm eating since I'm very lactose intolerant. I wish they had the anti-gas enzyme (Beano) as well, then they'd be about perfect. But they're still great and helpful, especially when traveling and food is sometimes not the most agreeable.

Has really helped my son's stomach issues, and the benefit of a lactose enzyme in it is great! My son is able to eat a larger variety of foods with decreased discomfort since using this product. He likes the taste as well! Will continue to buy!

My 2 1/2yr old has ASD. He's not severe actually VERY high functioning but due to ear issues is nonverbal & get frustrated easily. This does what it's supposed to do & I have NO problem with getting it in him. It tastes good & works even better. With everything his little body is going through this is a must have in the house. I used to use Nature's Parade but these have a few more minerals as well as higher levels of the enzymes in them. He needs the higher level PLUS the cost is much more budget friendly now that I am staying home to care for him, get his therapies done, doctor appointments, etc. I loved the other product but find these are working much better which makes a world of difference on his little tummy. I'm sticking with these. I've used NOW Foods products for many years & am ALWAYS pleased with the quality & outcome of how their products work.

Oh my gosh, I was really hoping these would help me but they did the complete opposite! After taking the first does, I thought it helped. But after taking it a second time, it really messed my GI up, and it took me a week and a half for everything to return back to normal after I stopped taking them. It may work for some people, but it did not work for me and I regret ever trying them. So, if your a first time buyer, just be cautious and stop them immediately when you start having side effects.

Not sure why, but these taste like literal vomit to me, especially if taken with hot food/drink. It also caused stomach aches when taken on an empty stomach before eating, while waiting on food to finish being made. I can’t say that it helped with digestion, as I threw up after taking these and eating one of the times I took it. The good thing about these though is that no swallowing necessary, which is why I picked these over anything else. The other positive is that it didn’t cause or aggregate my acid reflux, that’s a huge deal to me. It didn’t help with dairy, I still got nausea and diarrhea after 5 bites of dairy pasta, I prefer Lactaid for that still. Overall, since it’s so hard to find chewable supplements for people who can’t take pills, I’d still shop from this brand again, just maybe not this particular product.
