Updated review:The company reached out to make sure that I received a new product in working order. They were very nice and followed up after it was received in order to make sure that I was satisfied. I can't seem to get our pets to use them at all, but that is not the fault of the company.Previous review:I've ordered a set of 12 buttons TWICE and both times the buttons were scratched up, seemingly used, and not working. Each button takes 3 round batteries. I should not have to purchase and replace 36 batteries for a brand new product. Also, the box arrived slightly crushed.

First I should say I done a lot of research on buttons for dogs. The 2 main reason I went with this product is the high ratings and the most buttons for the money.Within 15 minutes my Bernedoodle learned how to use the "outside" button. Now working on the second button "go potty"The buttons record clearly and loudly. The size is perfect for my Bernedoodle. They are too big for my chihuahua. She can not press hard enough. She is 5 pounds.3 mats came in the kit. The buttons fit good in the slots. The mats do tend to slid on my floor. Will have to figure something out to stabilize them.I rated this product 4 stars due to the lack of instructions. I only recieved 1 peice of paper with vague instructions. I did not know there was a ity bity tiny black button on the bottom to push to record. After several times of pushing and holding the top of the buttons to record. I was ready to return the buttons. After searching and searching I found the contact information for the company. Emailed my concerns. Very shortly recieved an email back. Very impressed, I have never heard back from a company so fast.In closing I am very satisfied with these buttons. I highly recommend them!

Before you buy this, just realize that this is most likely just money you are throwing away. I'm sure this could work on some dogs, but these are a joke. My dog (although, I wasn't expecting these to work,) is terrified of these things. The sound that comes out is awful, loud and kinda sounds like me. Just try to imagine what your dog must think of that. Their hearing is multiple times better than ours. If it hurts your ears to hear it from 5-6 feet away, most likely it's torture to them being, at most, a foot away.

I’m so happy with this purchase! My dog took to them right away. They are easy to use for me and my dog. They come with little stickers for the buttons to help you label the buttons. Recording or re-recording if necessary is very easy. I’ve been using them for almost two months this now and no issues! The only thing I wish was different was I wish it had more variety with purchasing additional items. You can’t just buy one more foam pad or four buttons, you have to buy another set.

Was very excited to receive this product and start trying to train my little dog to use it. Each button if you will you turn on and record your voice with whichever command you want, however even though I tried several times I could not get a good clear recording and likeness of my voice. I would say the recording sounds cheap if that makes sense. The little buttons are much smaller than they look so it is hard to get your dog to focus on them. The best thing about this whole idea is the little Mat that they come with, it is very Durable, easy to put together and keep clean. FYI though does not work on carpet. I would not purchase again

This product is easy enough to set up, but the batteries quickly run out and it’s rather a pain to change them out. Also, similar products with more buttons are priced lower.I thought this one would be higher quality due to the price, but the attention to detail is lacking. For instance, the stickers don’t lay flat on the button surface, because the button is curved and the sticker substrate is too rigid.

Such a fun way to interact with your pup! My grandchildren have been having a lot of fun recording words, and phrases for our 8-month-old Catahoula puppy.

They work well, but the kids won’t stop playing with them and recording farts and silly messages into them. Completely useful and worthy buttons and they work very well, but they need a kid lock-out option of some kind. Otherwise I don’t see how I’m going to train the dog on them unless he’s into telling me when he’s got to fart ;)

Love the small buttons, but the volume isnt great. We only recently started with these, so we still have a while yet for thr training
