I am always hesitant to buy things advertised on TikTok. This was one of my really good decisions. I purchased the Schenley steam mop and I love it. I have another steam mop cost more. It is very heavy and doesn’t clean nearly as well as the Schenley. I love that it doesn’t wear me out to use it. It’s lightweight, but powerful. I used mine on wooden floors and on tile in bathrooms. The cleaning is very fast and thorough. It has a lot of attachments and can do the entire house from top to bottom.I was missing 1 small attachment. I simply emailed them and they sent it to me. The communication was superb.I highly recommend this all-purpose Schenley steam mop. It has saved me a ton of time, and my house is thoroughly clean.

This steam mop works!!!! I love all the attachments that come with it so I can clean everything and anything I want. I use this on my walls, stove, windows and hard word floors. It's gets the sticky stuff off my floors with ease, where using a regular mop would of left me scrubbing. Love the price. Highly recommend this steam mop.

This is a nice mop and it cleans my floors great; however, a bigger canister for water is needed to avoid refilling constantly. Also a clip to hold the cord when you’re done using it would be a nice addition. It comes with a lot of attachments. It heats up fast and it’s very easy to use. It maneuvers great to clean windows and showers as well.

I bought this a year ago and it was fine got the job done other than the one attachment with the scrubber pad it came off within one use. All other attachments have been fine though. Really the only big issue I’ve had is the place where the steam mop and handle are screwed together it cracked after about 7 months or so and we had to be very careful when mopping to ensure it didn’t brake all the way bc then it would be useless. It did end up braking all the way so I reached out to schenley thinking that there probably isn’t anything they can or will do but sure enough they responded quickly and effectively and sent us a brand new mop!! I was shocked and very impressed. All together I’d say this is a perfect mop for a small household or for a place that doesn’t have as much traffic as us because we go through mops like crazy lol I will also add my husband is very heavy handed and has broken many mops so take that as you will.

This steam mop works very well! It's easy to use and I love how I can use it to clean without using chemicals. I tried to clean the steam mop with vinegar (to prevent hard water buildup -- it was still working at the time) and it stopped working after this. I later read in the directions that putting vinegar in the steam mop can ruin it. So, I emailed the support email on the directions simply to ask about how I might go about getting it fixed, but was shocked when they offered to send me a brand new one for free -- even though it was my fault it stopped working. 10/10 customer service. This is a great brand!

This thing works great, heats up fast... the first time i heated it up it was making little mechanical clicking noises, lights were on but no steam. I waited a long time, several minutes, tried turning it off and on etc... finally i noticed the problem, and could easily have missed it. inside the water canister is a floppy hose with a weight on it to drop it to the lowest point in the canister... (no matter which way you turn the thing, the hose goes to the lowest point) the HOSE was doubled back on itself, folded in half and thus not sucking water. i ALMOST gave up and put it back in the bow to return! I used a chopstick to flop it out straight, steam came right away! steam mopped the floor in no time, worked great.I then attached the short attachments to use the sponge on the baseboards in the kitchen, cleaned them up easily and quickly. BUT, after awhile, the hotaccumulated water coming off the sponge in streaks as i wiped surfaces turned WHITE. i thought that strange, but figured i'd wipe that up once the grime was loosened up. the SPONGE came loose from the plastic base, the glue (the white substance) apparently couldn't handle the heat and came apart.... that's disappointing, I've only just got the thing yesterday and used it the one time...I'll keep the device, and i'lldry out the sponge and try to superglue it back on tomorrow...DECENT product for the money... (the window squeegee tool works GREAT)

I was a little skeptical at first, but this item turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. It arrived on time and in good condition. The quality is solid, and it works just as described. Setup was straightforward, and I’ve had no issues so far. Definitely worth the price. I would recommend this to anyone considering it!
