DEWALT10 Gallon 5.5 Peak HP Poly Wet Dry Vacuum DXV10P

Long story short, had standing water in my basement in the floor drain. More water was going to be coming in before it could be serviced. How to get the water out? This thing! This model may not hold a lot, but it does the job, and does it well. No frills, but extremely user friendly. Highly reliable, sucked up gallons upon gallons of water with no fuss. (Need to empty regularly, though.) Seriously, at this price point, it's a steal and you'll thank yourself for having it when problems it's designed to resolve arise. Thanks, Dewalt!

This vacuum looks sturdy, but the outer shell is much thinner than I expected. On the positive side, it makes the vacuum light weight, but it doesn't feel particularly tough. I was impressed with the suction power and how smoothly the vacuum moves around on concrete and laminate floors. The included hose does seem a bit rigid, which may lead to cracking issues in the long run. I haven't owned the product long enough to say how long it will last, but my first impression is positive.

I have a German Shepherd and my car usually looks like a fur coat. I have been using a friend’s wet/dry vac from time to time because its the only vac to remove all the hair. I got this one for myself and prayed it would work as good. IT WAS BETTER! Required no muscle and no extra strokes to eliminate all the hair. I couldn’t be happier. And set up was a breeze. I wish I had taken a before pic but if you have a shedding dog, you can imagine what it looked like. I give this 10 stars!

I used it to vacuum my car, for work such as picking up dust. Also good at removing water out of carpet, but make sure to remove filter first

This is a work horse. Easy to move and easy to use. Love it!

Just unpacked, arrived with all parts and pieces, undented. Today I'm taking it out in the garage for a trial run. I'm giving 5 stars initially based on DeWalt reputation. I fully expect it to be a good purchase and if any problems arise I can depend on their customer service to make right. If not....I'll edit this review.

Buen diseño, buena potencia y excelente tamaño y peso, lo único que no me agradó fue que la función de soplado no es independiente, en un cuarto con polvo suele expandirse al iniciar el aspirado

This vacuum has excellent suction, is very lightweight and moves easily. It seems lightweight and handled the job of cleaning the dryer exhaust and tubing without a problem. Very satisfied with this purchase.
