The sprayer comes well-packaged, with all the parts needed for installation, and clear instructions. I was able to install it easily on one bathroom sink, but I wanted to use it in a bathroom with a nearby tub. That sink has a tiny aerator that doesn't fit with the included parts, so I e-mailed with information about my faucet. Smarter Fresh responded quickly and sent me an adaptor which fits perfectly. Great customer service! Once I figured out which washer I should use, the installation was easy and leak-free. The spray head has several spray options, and the sturdy hose is the longest I've seen, which makes reaching all around a large dog very convenient. The hanger easily hooks right onto the toilet tank, and includes wall-mounting screws if you want to permanently install it. Because I will be taking the sprayer off the faucet between uses, I like that it drains easily and quickly for storage. The diverter works well if you want to leave the sprayer attached and still use the sink. Overall, this is a well-made and well-designed product that seems built to last. I highly recommend it.

Who knew golden doodle puppies like to dig in mud? OMG! A quick Amazon search led us to this sprayer and it certainly appears to solve all our difficulties. The hose easily reaches the tub, the multiple spray settings mean we can choose the proper amount of pressure for different areas - face, feet, etc. We did have to make a trip to Ace Hardware for the proper size fitting ($7.50). I was even impressed with the overly-sturdy box it came in and the instructions were written in proper english.UPDATE: When I decided to use the sprayer to wash my hair in the bath, I discovered there was no way to turn the flow off without getting out of the tub and trotting over to the sink. The instructions mentioned that there was not a true “off” position but rather it leaves a dribble to remind you the water is still on (and thus prevent damage to the valve). All my settings were full pressure; no dribble. On Saturday morning I filled out the online form on the SmarterFresh web site describing the situation, thinking if I heard back at all it would not be before Monday. Three hours later I received a reply from “Andrew” stating he was putting a replacement head in the mail. I received it today and it does indeed dribble! What remarkable and unusual customer service in this day and age. Kuddos to SmarterFresh and to Andrew!! Thank you!

This is a strong 4, almost 5 star review. Everything about this pet faucet sprayer set, with a conditional comment to come about the shower head, is absolutely top quality. We installed it on a 40 in wide utility bathtub with a standard kitchen type lever faucet to give our Labrador a true spa experience! The hose, fittings, hanger and spray mechanism are heavy duty and will last for a long, long time. We are impressed! My only reservation is the lightweight, plastic housing for the sprayer. I expected metal. On one hand it's light and will be easy to use. On the other hand, I hope I don't crack it. Overall, I do recommend this product highly. Love, love, love the long hose because it's very functional to reach every square inch of canine. Thanks for designing a very useful pet sprayer that adapts to any standard faucet that has threads for aerator.

I thought for sure this would leak at the faucet but it didnt and it works well. The hose reaches our tub and makes bathing the dog much easier. Before we were using bowls to dump water over the dog. The dog hated it and it was a constant fight. She is much calmer now and we get thru the bath a bit quicker. The unit is well make and I believe it will last a long time.

After reading some of the negative reviews and seeing that this sprayer set does not always fit standard faucets and adapters are not readily available, I decided to give it a try anyway - and I am not regretting it. The attachment fits on the faucet for which it was intended.My handyman husband installed sprayer on a faucet of the utility sink in our laundry room. I use this attachment to rinse off my dog after giving her a bath in a sink.Funny enough, she also happens to be a Jack Russell terrier, like the dog pictured on the product photo :-)There are no leaks. Water pressure is better than it was before we installed this sprayer.Very satisfied with my purchase

Product is great, it reaches from my sink to my tub perfectly. However, I feel like it wastes water because no matter how tight I get it or how much I mess with it, it will leak a good amount of water. I wish it had a stop bottom on the sprayer part because I have to go to the sink everytime to turn it off. But it still makes washing my two dogs so much easier and it’s easy to assemble!

This product exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it for bathing your dog. I have purchased hoses to attach to my laundry sink tap in the past but they were never very flexible or long enough to do the job. Any quality hoses always seem to only provide attachment to a shower head. This was the first quality hose I found that would attach to a regular faucet. Absolutely love it!

This is an excellent product. Easy to install and the diverter works perfectly. The hose is good quality and long enough to shower a giant size dog.
