Can Air Impacts be used on these?

I have used an impact with no problem on these as they are strong bolts, however I always lightly tighten them with an impact and torque to spec on my Mercedes. Tightening with an impact has given me a noticeable warp to the brake rotor.

I have a 2003 passat running 5x112 will this be able to work?

They are used when your wheels have a similar bolt pattern but different than 5x112. e.g. 5x100 or 5x114.3.

will this work on a 1998 volvo v70 that has 5x108, I want to install saab wheels that are 5x110?

That's the right type of bolts. But I'm not sure if 98 V70 uses 12x1.5 or 14x1.5.

Will these compatible with a 2008 Chevy Impala?

I don't think Chevy Impala uses lug bolts; they should use lug nuts instead.
