I swear by Boiron products and arnica. As an ER nurse of 19 years, this is my go to for any bumps and bruises for my kids before I even think about ibuprofen. I have used this for myself and kids before minor procedures or just when someone gets hurt. My dad used this after his shoulder and knee replacements and had so much less bruising than you normally would. I was so excited to see 1m because I can only get the 200ck from the stores near us.
