Winia French Door Bottom Mount Refrigerator 26 Cu Ft Stainless Steel

Had to change my initial rating. This refrigerator was good for the first 1.5 to 2 years and then the fridge would randomly to working. The freezer did not give me any problems just the fridge (top half). The ice maker and water dispenser worked fine as well. The only issue I had was the fridge would randomly stop working for months then start back working. I keep this in the garage now for extra freezer storage.

Great fridge. Looks clean and modern. Has good features that would cost a lot more on more well known brands, but this fridge runs and looks great.

Was delivered quickly and the delivery guys were very helpful. The fridge itself worked great for about a year, and a few months, then suddenly stopped cooling, ruining all our food. It’s out of warranty and the manufacturer’s service website doesn’t seem to exist anymore. This thing appears to be more expensive to fix than just replace. Should have just bought a name brand fridge.

I purchased this product in March. So far, it has been pretty low quality. The ice machine gets too cold and does not produce ice. The ice maker is frozen shut and does not work at all. The fridge itself does not stay cool, and we have had to constantly move food to a different fridge to keep it from spoiling. It says that it is 33-37 degrees, but you can feel that it is basically room temp inside the fridge. Lastly, the doors do not close and seal properly, so we have to manually push them closed several times a day to avoid the beeping sound it makes because the doors are ajar. This is the first fridge I have purchased new, so it is quite disappointing to have so many problems.

I like everything about this. The delivery guys were polite, respectful, right on time. I would give these guys a 10 star if I could. The refrigerator is beautiful it was boxed and in perfect condition. It’s the delivery guys that made the whole transaction perfect.

Yo compré este producto en Diciembre 29 del 2022, duro 15 meses, desde antes habíamos notado que siempre molía el hielo, o sea, aún cuando pedíamos el hielo entero, salía molido y entero al mismo tiempo, no le hicimos mucho caso pues no usamos demasiado la función de hielo, de resto nos parecía bien, en marzo, la temperatura de la nevera subió, independientemente de la temperatura que estaba programada 37 grados K , alrededor de 62 grados K, la garantía de Amazon se había caducado pues era tres meses, buscamos la del fabricante, decía un año partes, un año mano de obra y 5 años compresor, ok pensamos , si es una parte (sabíamos que no era el compresor pues el congelador funcionaba) pues ya se venció la garantía pero al menos queríamos que nos recomendaran algún técnico que supiera y poder tener las partes que hicieran falta para la reparacion, los teléfonos que dan, o contestan y si alguno contesta, no tiene que ver con servicio al cliente o reparacion, nada, llame a Amazon, me facilitaron algún número telefónico y fue más de lo mismo, en otras palabras, no hay nadie que responda por lo que venden. Llame a un servicio de reparación de neveras y no dieron con el problema, cambiaron varias piezas (ventilador 2, sensor 2, ya iban por panel de control pero no lo hicimos) Otro técnico vino y dijo que podía cambiar algo más pero no garantizaba que se arreglara con eso. Compramos otra nevera, con total garantía, etc etc etc. Espero que les ayude esta historia, comprar este artículo no representa ninguna confianza, pues no hay piezas, no hay servicio al cliente, y no hay quién garantice una reparación,

Purchased May 2022 for $1500 (incl tax). Broke down June 2024, $220 to repair. Now broke down again! No parts available 😢. Over $1700 down the toilet. Am single senior citizen on Social Security alone, no funds to replace it. It is criminal that WINIA doesn't provide parts to repair these in the USA! DO NOT BUY WINIA PRODUCTS!! MADE IN KOREA.

Food is molding all the time not sure.its working properly
