How much support is there? Soft and flat like a feather pillow when laying on it? I am looking for good support

It is totally flat and with no apparent difference in height from one end to the other, so will not support the neck. As a side sleeper, I have to have high pillows that are on the firmer side to sleep comfortably. I have been looking for a perfect pillow for a while now, and I finally decided to try newentor pillow out. The variable thickness very smart. I hope this helps someone.

Where are these pillows made?

Unfortunately I have no clue where they are made. But what i know is that they do not look at all like advertised. Its just a flat sponge and I bought two and both were the same.
