I bought these for my mother as she is in a care home and buying Tena Pants was becoming very expensive. Although she only uses them at night, she said they are extremely comfortable, lightweight, discreet and can hold a large volume of fluid without any leakage. It was a huge step to get my mother to try incontinence pads but she is over the moon with these and feels she has her dignity back due to the discreet design of these pants ( they don't have that thick, nappy look).
