ZamourKashmiri Indian Sozni Embroidery Pashmina Wool Shawl Scarf for Women

I just received the item. It is soft, elegant and I love it. But the edges are frayed, threads coming out all through the two ends of the product. This will get worse when I wear it. So, I am left wondering, what to do. Why did they not finish the end properly?
