Not easy to cut. Need a hacksaw.
Would be better if these cam in more standard door widths, as they aren’t easy to cut unless you have the proper equipment. I had to get a hacksaw and that worked fairly well. Also, the double sided tape that comes affixed seems to be hit or miss so may want to use your own. Other than that, once deployed, seems well equipped to stop rodents and insects and probably decent for heat preservation.

Air tight and mouse proof
I’m satisfied with this door draft strip only because I’m using it in my tool shed which is ok for the looks and the finish that it has, I would not recommend this for a home interior door since it will give an industrial rough kind of look but it is just fine on others application where finish is not a priority.Definitely a most on application where keeping mise or any other intruder from crawling through your bottom door is wanted.Easy to trim ( aluminum ) and secured by screws and a double side tape.

Great for stopping drafts. AND bugs..!
I used this on my garage side door since there was about an inch and a half gap. It has been working great for keeping the draft out but even better it seems to be keeping the cockroaches out also. Seems our neighborhood has been invaded recently by these little critters due to fire. This is great piece of mind since the mice will probably soon follow. Installation was easy - the adhesive sticks well (be sure to clean the door first; I used a clean rag and alcohol) and then screwing it on is a breeze. The seal strip works well and makes it airtight. It's been on for a few weeks now and still working well.

Nicely built - Good color
Mine arrived bent but this was not the manufacturers fault and I don't even think it was amazon's fault. it was properly double boxed with the second box being spacious. USPS just used it as a jack lever and bent it in half :-)I was able to carefully bent it back (aluminum take it slow and easy and watch for double bends. aluminum hardens when it bends like this so it tends to want to form new bend next to the first bend since the first is now "harder" than the surrounding metal.I test fit it to my front door and it fits and looks very nice. no complaints. will stop that nasty cold draft this winter and look good doing it.
