Great for sensitive stomachs
I can't take regular micronized creatine because of gut sensitivity. Trying for several years to take the more popular creatine and suffering through gut repercussions and dehydration regardless of the amount of water I drank. Although there was a lot of information and communities that denied micronized creatine caused gut issues I finally determined it was responsible. I researched and found Kre-Alkalyn. Being in my 50's now I find it more important to supplement for many more reasons with creatine. Currently I've been using Kre-Alkalyn for 4 months and have noticed significant muscle and strength gains. My physique looks fuller and my muscle tone seems to be present always. When you get past your late 40's after the muscle pump your muscle deflate back into a normal state which make you look non lifted, this is unlike when you're in your younger days and keep that pumped look all day. I also feel like I have more energy working out and will go for a 60 min. walk a 45 min. strength and 20 min. Sauna 6 times per week now. I really struggled with 4-5 times prior to taking Kre-Alkalyn.Although I want to be clear that I have made a few other lifestyle changes such as diet and sleep. I can't say for sure the results are all indicative or correlate to Kre-Alkalyn but I can say for sure the workout energy and muscle tone is a direct result because this didn't happen any prior times to changing diet and sleep. Also I can correlate that I have had no gut issues taking Kre-Alkalyn. I've also had some brain fog issues aging and this seems to be lifting and my memory and simple things like doing math in my head are coming back. I will continue to take this product.

Health supplement for low energy muscle weakness; alkaline form more comfortable on the stomach.
I take this product as an energy giving supplement prescribed to help with mitochondrial myopathy, a chronic muscular weakness I have been living with for many years. The pharmacy ran out of supplies during the COVID lockdown period, and I am thankful to find this on Amazon. The alkaline form of creatine is superior to the pure monohydrate powders I tried, because it does not cause bloating.
