My mouse is not connecting and not recognized by my MacBook, any suggestions?

Make sure the Adapter you are using to connect the mouse to your laptop is pushed all the way in. That was my problem getting started. It didn’t recognize it bc it wasn’t pushed in.

How do I know if the mouse is charging? I’ve had it on the charger and there is no light on.

I have not had to charge my mouse since I received it. I make it a habit to turn it off after each use. Don't know if that makes any difference, But I just now took the charger, plugged it into the mouse with the button in the off position, plugged it into the wall adapter, and there was a red light by the white wheel on top. I then turned the mouse on with it still in the charger and the red light appeared in the bottom like it always does. Not sure which way is the right way to charge. The red light on top is very small but it is there. Hope this helps. But I haven't had to put mine to the test yet.

Does the rose gold match mac book rose gold?

I am sure it will. Because the white mouse that I have is exactly like the picture. It was worth the buy. I love that mouse. Keeps a good charge as well.

Best Mouse

I have had countless wired and wireless mice over the past 30 years. This has been far the best expensive yes but worth every penny. I have struggled with my IMac when opening a file or e-mail even with the one that came with the computer. This is 10 times better, so if your having a problem with your iMac buy one now
