I underestimated the size. It’s huge! I had to order more potting soil. HA! Great depth for roots. It will easily accommodate 4 Canna risomes Bought it as a patio container for Canna Lillies. The drainage holes are great. Super sturdy. This planter will last forever. It’s going to be heavy once it’s filled so I am going to put it on a T-base with casters so I will be able to rotate/move it, as needed. This will also allow good drainage. It looks great. It does look like wood at short distance. This is a good price for such a large, quality planter.

These are cute little pots, but not as sturdy as I'd have hoped. They are smaller than expected, but look cute with my small topiaries. I do think these would hold up well outside in the elements; however, I've opted to use mine under cover.

I've gotten many compliments on it. Unfortunately, I found almost the very same item in one of my local stores for $1.00 short of being 1/2 the price I paidfor it. That was rather unsettling. Aside from that, I love the barrel and it looks very real.

Bought our son a coconut palm (from Amazon) and needed a planter that was a good size for the palm. This one fit the bill. The quality is good and we are very pleased with the purchase.

Oh wow! The wood looks so realistic - purely plastic item. There are holes along the bottom for irrigation. Placed 2 six inch potted mums and one 8-inch potted mum with a huge bag of dirt outside. There is still plenty of room for the flowers to expand and bloom. I love the way this turned out. Can't be!I've I took so long to try this! Getting a second one - smaller for the steps.

I don’t know if anyone on the reviews purchased this a couple of years ago, but I did and the price has doubled!!! I don’t think it’s worth $30 by itself. Sorry I didn’t pay attention that it wasn’t a set.

The plastic whisky barrel looks nice and is very light. I liked its large size, color and it has sufficient holes in the bottom to provide for drainage. Plus, the price is reasonable for what you get. But the plastic body is kind of thin so I don't know how well it will hold up to years of use. I guess time will tell.
