The stones are not that great

The Package Arrived in a Neat Narrow Box and looked good from the outside. Seemed to be packaged well before opening. However on opening it, tree and branch wires were so tightly wound that many wires were broken inside which not only looks bad but can also be a safety risk.The company/seller should be able to afford to package this product in a wider box so that the branch wires need not be so tightly wound.It felt that someone wanted the product to be damaged before it reached or while setting out the tree. Since the wires are so delicate it should not be wound to tight and into such a narrow box.The broken wires inside was the first disappointment.The second disappointment was the base of the tree had some useless chips or bad pieces stuck so badly that the base of the product looks plain ugly and cheap.The final and main disappointment was that the topmost branch of the tree had one chip/piece which was not amethyst like the rest of the tree, as ordered, but it was white/cream colored. Looked like a piece of a tooth. And it is right on the top of the tree. So it cannot be hidden or missed.So what should have been a good product is sort of unpleasant to look at now due to the carelessness of the marker/seller and packagers.
