Tastes great and lowest in mercury
I wanted a low mercury tuna and this one is supposed to be the best. Mixes up well for tuna salad and makes a great panni albacore tuna melt sandwich. I will buy again. Fishwife tuna is also very good but cited as "mid-range" for mercury.

Best Tuna in a can
What a huge difference this Tuna makes! I love it, tastes so fresh!

Good tuna but not good packaging
Good tasting tuna, and safe. Unfortunately the packaging for shipping was too soft, and all the cans were dented (probably NOT safe). I ended up ordering them direct from Safe Catch, and the 6 cans were packaged in cardboard, which was much better protection for the cans.

Not a fan...
This does not even look like tuna when first opening the can...it is molded together with a similar look to canned spam albeit white. When breaking apart, it is hard and a strange consistency, not to mention flavorless. Appreciate the mercury factor but it's inedible for me and would return if I could!
