I've been taking a low dose melatonin at bedtime for a few years now to help me fall asleep (I'm a 40-something female). The prior brand I was taking helped me fall asleep but not stay asleep, and became regularly out of stock so I decided to try this one. I take 1 gummy instead of the recommended 2. I've been using this product about a month and it helps me fall asleep fast and I sleep hard, I even sleep through the night most nights now which hasn't happened in decades! The downside is even though I am sleeping like a rock, I feel groggy in the mornings which is new since starting this brand. Nothing else in my routine has changed. I'm going to try half of one to see if that makes a difference, or one of their other sleep varieties. So it works but may have an unintended effect!

I first purchased these on clearance at a big store with a circle and immediately became hooked and now buy a bottle or two a month here on Amazon. They are the only thing I’ve ever tried that actually help me sleep within 30 minutes, don’t give me nightmares, and there is no sluggish feeling at all the next morning. I also get a good solid sleep but not super deep to miss my kiddos crying, etc. Highly recommend!

I used to take a long time to fall asleep - like, 30 minutes or more. Once asleep, I rarely slept longer than 5 or 6 hours and woke up feeling exhausted instead of rested. Not to mention waking up several times during the night.When I finally decided I needed something to help me fall asleep, and more importantly stay asleep, I looked at a lot of sleep aids. I wanted something that wasn't a drug but was more natural with as few ingredients as possible but that contained the most effective ingredients. These were the first I tried and I have been using them ever since.They're like a bedtime treat I look forward to every night. I take them after my final meds of the day with a protein shake and an antihistamine pill. Within about an hour, I'm drowsy and ready to climb into bed. I also use some sleep music to help me further relax.Now, instead of 30 minutes or more, I'm usually asleep before the first track of the sleep music is done. It sometimes takes a bit longer, like by the end of the second track, but generally, I'm out pretty quickly. And I'm almost to the point of sleeping through a full 8 hours. Right now, I'm at 7 to 7.5 hours straight through. It's a rare night that I have trouble getting and staying asleep.The gummies taste good and work fast. I like how they are drug free and don't leave me feeling sluggish the next morning. Highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I personally got this for my wife! She wanted something to help her sleep but also increase her magnesium levels. Her doctor told her she was lacking in magnesium and that supplements would help! She's been taking them for over a month now and states that her sleep is better!She takes it about an hour before bed and states that it helps her body unwind and relax easier. Hoping to see her magnesium levels increase as well. I would give 5 stars, but taking 2 gummies before bed everyday lead to her running out very quickly. Just wish that it came with more gummies overall!

These work very well for me. The best ones I’ve ever found were CBD gummies. However, when I got a new job last year, the drug policy doesn’t allow for CBD products even though it’s not marijuana. It took me a while, but I eventually found these and have been using them with much success.

I'm not even joking when I say that I feel like I have gotten worse sleep since I started taking this. These were also rock guard and hurt my tooth
