Does this product penetrate skin layers like emu oil?

I believe it does. I put it on at night and by the morning my skin is pretty much dry. Leaves it very soft.

Does this oil have a rosemary or lavender scent or taste? I’m considering using it in a lip balm recipe. Thanks!

I have heard emu oil is good for keloids on nose piercings. I am vegan, so I do not want to use emu oil. Would this help rid my keloid?
