After a lot of research and some of my own experience, and using iGroom's Deshedding conditioner for over one year now, I believe it to be the absolute BEST deshedding conditioner available and it is worth the price. It provides a significant amount of slippage to the hair, which is what you want when deshedding a dog. It is essential that you leave it on for *at least* 5-10 minutes and really massage it well into your dog's coat (those rubbery bath brushes or mitts are great for this) for the conditioner to do its magic, but you will be amazed at the amount of hair that comes off your dog! After shampooing, I dilute some iGroom deshedding conditioner with water in a squeeze bottle that I use on my Husky mix, and after around the 5-7 minute mark, it's like the shedding hair just unlocks and starts falling right out. I usually follow-up with other de-shed methods (blow dry, brush out) and my dog's coat is incredibly soft and smells divine. The next day or two, he will naturally keep shedding out a bit more, but 2+ days post-bath, there is a SIGNIFICANT difference in the amount of dog hair I see around the house and on me. The conditioner is pretty pricey, but a 16oz bottle has lasted my 50lb medium-coat dog about a year, so it's been well worth it for me. Absolutely love this stuff.

We recently adopted a four year old australian shepherd who had just been spayed. We also believe she has given birth within the last year, so her hormones are all over the place. She is morbidly obese and we have her on a strict diet, which means she is eating properly and getting the right supplements for the first time in her entire life, so her coat is a disaster. In short, she is shedding. A lot. I am brushing her four times a day and she is still shedding.Out of pure desperation I decided to try iGroom because I just cannot take the amount of hair our new family member leaves as a trail everywhere she goes. We paired the conditioner with the iGroom shampoo and even though we have been brushing her multiple times per day we were shocked at how much fur came out in the bath and during her blow dry. The shampoo was super easy to use and I almost think for a dog with a healthy coat the conditioner could be skipped because the shampoo is that nice.It is now three days after her bath and our girl is barely shedding at all. I have been brushing her just once per day and her coat looks and smells amazing. The first day her coat was super soft, (our other aussie's coat is still amazingly soft) but it has slowly gone back to being a little more damaged because it will take time.This conditioner and shampoo are more expensive, but they are well worth the cost. I will be buying the gallon size next as they are more economical.

Love the smell. Love the way my dogs hair feels. Love how long it lasts. Love the price. Definitely helps with detangling. And it is definitely moisturizing. The consistency is nice and thick.

This conditioner feels downright magical! I’m not sure if it’s the Argan oil but my goldendoodle’s fur turns out soft and fluffy and each time I use it. I save this strictly for bath time, after rinsing off her shampoo, I work this through her coat, let it coat her fur nicely, then rinse it off thoroughly with water.Once she is fully dry, I brush out her hair, and her coat feels incredibly easy to manage. The best part is the scent, she smells absolutely wonderful for days afterwards, which makes all the doodle cuddles even better.I’m very happy with this conditioner, and love the way it keeps her coat looking salon-fresh. As with any grooming product it’s always wise to check with your vet to make sure it’s suitable for your puppy. Highly pleased with this one!

Both shampoo and conditioner are amazing! It smells beautiful and it does not irritate my dog's skin and it doesn't feel greasy. I would continue to purchase this!

I absolutely love this shampoo for my dog! It was recommended by a friend who's been a professional dog groomer for over 30 years. It lathers beautifully, has a light, refreshing scent and leaves his coat shiny and healthy looking. Best of all, no itching at all. We're both very happy with it.

Igroom products are ALWAYS great. As a professional stylist/groomer i use Igroom for the majority of the dogs and I exclusively use Igroom face wash. This particular product smells great and it works very well for a moisturizing deep conditioning shampoo and conditioner. HOWEVER, it's not as effective for deshed. I love it just not for my dogs requiring a deshed service. For that i prefer coat handler. Or even furminator i would use over the igroom for the deshed. But if you don't need an extreme deshed you will probably like this. Like i said. I really really love igroom products.

It's a lovely product and smells amazing. Not that great for deshedding but it works amazingly as a normal conditioner and leaves them super soft.It's very expensive though and not really sure it is worth the price anymore.

I love the shampoo and conditioner , and it smells good and work wonders on my two Yorkies hair.They are a bit expensive, but they worth every dollars.

This is the best conditioner I have ever tested. I have a mini poodle and the hair is super soft for brushing. Highly recommend. My dog has sensitive skin and this product is perfect for him. It’s smelling so good that I want to use it for myself! :-)
