The quality is good. My cat plays it sometimes only. And But from the beginning he like it.

My cat had ripped up the sisal rope on her cat tree's scratching post and was getting the fibers from it all over the room. I was going to get some more rope and redo it, when I saw this product. After removing the remnants of the rope and the staples that had held it on the post, I wrapped this sleeve around the post where the rope used to be and made sure it was secured by pressing down on the velcro hooks. Don't worry if what you try to attach it to is thinner than what it looks like the velcro strap is meant for; as long as you press down firmly the velcro hooks will hold onto the sisal fabric just as well as the little strip of velcro on the far end of the sleeve. My cat can attest to how firmly it holds.My cat started scratching at it just like the rope, except she can't tear this thing apart the way she did the rope. Seems much more durable than sisal rope, and without any of the mess. Thanks so much for saving my sanity from cleaning up rope fibers every day.SSS ranking on this for sure.

I got the tower with all the levels and it's great. Truly, this beats the two giant cat trees I purchased. With those my cats only used one or two features but they use every bit of this piece. They've even started to chew the edges while playing, and it's unaffected. I left it out for 2 weeks & then decided I would pack it up & bring it back out later, so they wouldn't grow bored of it. Well. That worked them up quite a bit. When they realized I was taking it apart they jumped on different levels n started to attack my arms n I was even a little hissed at! I left it & after another week or so they still love it. They liked it when I removed the roof, which surprised me. They also prefer it to be NOT against a wall so all sides provide some sorta of view. They scratch on it. They sleep on it. They play with little toys on it. And it took so little effort & time to put together compared to even a small cat tree. Whenever this thing becomes unsafe I'm buying a new one. Period.It's been 5 months and I was finally able to pack it up. They finally weren't using it everyday but they really still love this thing. It's even still structurally sound! I've added 2 pictures to show the damage. This has turned out to be basically another scratching post for them as well as a nice place to nap. I'm trying to decide which one to buy next but this one is definitely a winner!
