Do rice stick on the board when making sushi?

No, rice doesn't stick very much. This board is great for sashimi or sushi because it is very easy on your yanagiba or other knives so your edges stay sharp longer. For a deba or heavy cleaver work I would use a different harder board as this board could be slightly damaged in those cases.
