Once programmed can I turn it on and off or unplug and still be programmed when plugged back in or turned on with a switch?

Yes, once they are programmed - they are in there for good and you can unplug and plug back in and they will still be programmed to the lights.

Do these lights have the ability to attach a screw-in stake?

The bracket has a (non-threaded) hole that can fit a 1/4” bolt. This allows for hanging / mounting at various configurations.

How many lights total can you run on app? I have 4 35w, and bought a 2 pack of the 80w and can only get 1 of the 80w lights to be recognized.

I'm not sure of the total, but I have 10 of them. When I initially tried to get them recognized, they didn't. I then shut off all the lights, reset the app on the phone, and turned everything back on. All were recognized right away after that. They can then be individually controlled, or as a group ( which is what I do).
