As someone who experiences migraines that mimic features of a stroke and has been hospitalised due to severity I was dubious about this hat when my Father purchased this after a horrific episode - cue cat scan, IV drip and hospital stay.Having had a number of opportunities to use it I cannot recommend this highly enough. If I am able to put this on in the 1st hour from onset of symptoms I find it relieves the tension and pressures in my head that I feel significantly allowing me to fall asleep and try to sleep off the migraine. Having it to hand also now reduces my anxieties at the onset, as I was becoming upset and worried the migraine would escalate.
