Good but…
Good sound and build quality but you can’t use the handheld and lavalier simultaneously with the combo set because the included receiver can only tune to one frequency at a time.

AA batteries
It take two songs and brand new batteries die. I have tried all battery brands but same results. It’s so unreliable and not ready when you need it on the spur of moment to get it to work. Bad Mic with this issue.

A good, albeit pricey, wireless setup for stringed instruments
I purchased this to replace a Shure GLDX14 unit that I've used for several years. While I prefer the form factor of the Shure - a pedal with a built-in Tuner and mute function - the sound quality and range of the Sennheiser EW100 is definitely superior. The cable connecting the instrument to the transmitter is much more robust than the one that accompanied the Shure, and the on-off switch for the transmitter is located behind a small "door" making it less likely to be accidentally "turned off" when switching instruments.I also like the convenience of being able to use standard, readily-available AA batteries for the transmitter. I wish it the unit felt a bit more durable. Whereas the Shure just got tossed into my guitar gig bag, I actually wound-up purchasing a small padded gig bag in which to carry the Sennheiser kit. Aside from that, I'm happy with my purchase, and am looking forward to many trouble-free years of service from it.
