I recently got the viral crisscross office chair. That’s been great! I missed the wheels though. I ordered this set to replace the legs mine came with. Please remember to install this set of wheels BEFORE you put your chair together the first time!! Once the piston is in place, it is incredibly hard to change out. Luckily my husband is very handy and was able to do it for me. After I spent way too many hours watching YouTube and TikTok videos to do it myself with no luck. I already had wheels like these so I knew they be perfect for my new chair. Rolling around is so smooth. This set is very easy to put together (as long as you do the steps right for the chair you’re replacing the base on), very solid construction. They’re working well after a month or so. Worth the money I spent on these to create the perfect office chair for myself!

I purchased this because the base broke on my human scale liberty office chair. The chair was $1,700 and I've had it for two months!! Cpuldnt get help from Humanscale, so I ordered this and I am impressed. More durable, sturdy, and way easier to roll/ maneuver than before. I love this base! Thank you!!

My favorite office chair's base broke. Instead of getting a new chair (I love my chair), I decided to investigate a new base. So far, so good.It comes packaged really nicely and is easy to put together. You have to put the legs on, it's not one piece, but they fit together snugly with two screws to hold them in place. You probably don't need the screws, they fit so tightly (but obviously use them). Sturdy metal construction.The wheels are rollerblade type and roll smoothly. Almost too smoothly. LOL. This is great for my laminate flooring and I can get rid of my crappy floor protector now.The height adjustment is great. I'm 6'2" and most chairs kind of 'max' for me, meaning their highest is just right for me. I put this all the way up and my feet were off the floor. That hasn't happened to me since grade school. A nice feature for all of us tall guys.

Our chair broke after only a few months. One of the legs snapped off tossing my husband on the floor. He's a disabled vet so this didn't go well. This fit perfectly and obviously stronger and better built. Sits a little higher too on our chair. Better than spending another $200 on a chair.

I bought my daughter a gaming chair a few months ago. Unfortunately, it came with a plastic base that broke in under 1 month of use. I purchased this metal base to replace it and it is perfect. It is metal and sturdy. I would give it 5 stars, however it is shipped in pieces and you have to assemble the arms with 2 screws each, but no screws were included. I ended up using bolts from a TV mounting set that came with an assortment of bolts for different television sets. I found that some of the bolts fit this base perfectly. Knocked off a star for poor quality control.

So my gaming chair's base cracked and it slide the piston all the way to the floor. I needed a placement, for just the base and piston. It is exactly how it is described in product's link: metal spoke base, rubber wheels. The wheels were a nice touch. Easy to assemble, with the hardest being getting the pieces from the old chair removed from the broken base. The whole process outside removing the parts, was probably a whole ten minutes. It rolls smoothly across the hardwood floor, the piston actually works now, I have greater height and I am overall pleased with the product. If you have a few simple tools in the house, this base assembly makes a great replacement for those chairs who's base and piston have seen better days.

Was going to replace my executive chair, but these roller base fixed the leaning issues....new life.

My gaming chair, which is discontinued and ergonomic, recently had a plastic base with plastic wheels. When that base cracked, I tried to buy another chair only to discover that it was discontinued. I thought I’d have to throw out the chair I’d come to love (it’s been about 2 years since I got it). I found this base and (after spending 3 hours sawing off my plastic base) was able to switch them out. This base is so sturdy and strong that I’ve never had to worry about cracks again! For context, I’m about 240 pounds. Been using it for a year with no issues!

I really love my comfy fabric office chair, so when I sat on it and one of the wheels broke off I was devastated. I was so happy when I saw they had this product on Amazon. It was a bit tough to get the old one off my chair, but with a couple of YouTube videos and a large pipe wrench, it eventually came off. Installing this new one was a breeze and it looks great. The wheels roll nicely on the wood floor and I like the colour better than the original one that came with the chair. Only thing is, I think it's a bit expensive. My husband just bought a whole new chair for the same price. But replacing my chair would have been a lot more so I'm glad it could be fixed.

Bought this to replace a plastic base where all the wheels snapped off in the same place. The company where I bought the chair originally went bust, I wonder why? Anyway, this is a million times better, all metal and feels pretty sturdy. The original wheels fit fine and I've had no issues so far. It's easy to put it together and swap it out. It doesn't come with a gas cylinder - I think I saw a review somewhere that mentioned one. A thumbs up from me.
