The instructions are super clear, even if you’ve never made ice cream before, and the troubleshooting tips are a lifesaver (especially if you’re still figuring out your ice cream maker’s personality). I also love that it includes all the extras: cones, sauces, hot fudge, whipped cream, ice cream sandwiches… basically everything you need to turn your kitchen into a mini ice cream shop. This book would make a fantastic Christmas gift or stocking stuffer for anyone who loves to cook—or just loves dessert. If you’re looking for a book that will keep your ice cream maker busy all year long, this is definitely the one.

Easy to use

So far I have only made one recipe, but it was literally one of the best ice creams I have ever had. I can’t wait to keep making these recipes!

I bought this book to have many recipes to choose from for my Kitchen Aid 2 qt ice cream maker attachment. The first recipe I have tried is excellent. I am excited to try many of the other recipes in this book.

this was a gift and the recipient said they loved it! I did discover a bit later however that all the recipes need eggs--which may not have been to the liking of the recipient. Still it's pretty and a fun read--besides being useful!

I originally got this book using Kindle Unlimited but liked it so much I bought it. Now it's mine and I can continue on making excellent ice cream all summer long. There's a wide variety of tastes in this book, much more than in others I have bought. The writing is clear and well organized, making adventures in making ice cream a pleasure.

Very nice book for making lots of flavors of ice cream. Have tried several of the recipes and they are great. Have a machine and with mine you do not have to wait for the mixture to cool down so it is quick and easy. Would recommend.

Mir gefällt dieses Buch überhaupt nicht! Die Rezepte sind relativ langweilig und banal. Dafür sind sie aber, wie schon meine Vorgänger schrieben sehr zeitaufwendig. Sie sind ein visueller Mensch, der gerne anhand von Fotos (neben dem Namen des Produkts) entscheidet, ob er sich dem Rezept näher zuwendet? Dann lassen Sie unbedingt die Finger von diesem Buch!!!! Ist die äußere Aufmachung äußerst verlockend, so finden sich in dem Buch lediglich Fotos vor den einzelnen, neuen Kapiteln. Die Anzahl an Fotos ist also mehr als überschaubar und kann schlecht zugeordnet werden. Wenn ich in einen Eisladen gehe, treffe ich auch keine Entscheidung anhand einer Zutatenliste. Das Auge isst mit!!!! Und für ein weiteres Rezept Erdbeer- oder Schokoeis, benötige ich dieses Buch nicht. Ich empfehle die Bücher von Ben & Jerry‘s, Tyler Malek, Dana Cree sowie das Buch „Eiscreme mal anders“. Wer auf der Suche nach schnell umsetzbaren oder auch äußerst ausgefallenen Eissorten ist, wird hier definitiv fündig, vor allem wenn man sich neben Ben & Jerry‘s noch eins der anderen Bücher anschafft und einfach die Rezepte kombiniert.
