Very well made attic ladder. Solid metal construction

If you looking to get one of these just note the following. This is a 200lb ladder and its solid metal so the whole lightweight thing is out the door!!!! :) However, it's really well made, and it feels solid when you are on it, and I am a heavy guy at 255lbs. This does not fit in the same footprint as your old wooden attic ladder access. I had to enlarge the whole in length and width. I also ended up getting an electric hoist to install in the attic to haul it up to make installation easier. Now I use the hoist to haul everything else up.
