Well I've been eating this cerial since it came in the market, I've changed once but I have come back to this, it's so tasty, it is also very filling as for your five a day you get three of them with this. So every day eat a bowl of this, you can also sneak it to work with you, to eat at lunchtime with some milk, it's so filling and as far as I am concerned it's an enjoyable meal to eat anywhere or anytime.
