Great quality works well!!

There is a couple of things I like and don't like about this powder. The likes, good price for the amount you get. Mix with water, it works quickly, and I didn't really notice a taste, it mixes really well. I also like the ability to use different doses, I only need a very little amount, where as my grown daughter needs a higher dose, so this is easier to use.I don't like that you have to use a scale to measure it. But since it works so well, I won't complain too much.

I understand dose response on melatonin can be ‘bell curve’. However, i have explored a variety of doses of this from about 5mg to 45mg. I find that 5-10 mg of Windsor seems more effective. And a 20mg dose of Pure encapsulations seems much more effective than a similar does of this. I cannot help but wonder about quality/purity based on my experiences. Jury is still out…

I commonly experience troubles with insomnia and being kept awake at night, which disturbs my sleep schedule and upsets my work day and aspirations. I’ve tried a couple of various-sized doses of this product, and it affects me quite quickly; within several minutes, or so. It’s a general feeling of relaxation and sleepiness, although it doesn’t directly put me to sleep, per se. I only need a very small scoop of the powder in order to achieve the desired effect - the rest is up to me!

This melatonin works good helps me drift off to sleep. I do wish they would add a tiny scoop with the amount that is recommended. You will need to buy a 5mg measuring spoon this package of melatonin powder.

This goes by weight. That is how you does it. Kind of a pain to have to pull out a scale to measure. This does work though.
