Absolutely my favorite multivitamin gummy. The taste is definitely mixed berry flavor and they do grow on you! They are sweetened with fruit juice and have NO refined sugars in them so that's great! I've had no side effects from these and they seem to be easy to digest too. I take 4 a morning after I eat. I store the jar upside down and that way they come out easily and stay separated much better for you - give it a try! :) All in all a well rounded multivitamin for me at the age of 67 and I will continue to buy them since I feel better when I have them in my body.

I feel better overall since adding them to my routine, with more steady energy and a sense that I’m giving my body what it needs. I think they’re effective and I notice when I don’t have them. The texture isn’t bad & I feel like I actually digest these. I also really value the quality of the ingredients. They’re organic, non-GMO, vegan, and free from gluten, soy, and dairy — all things I look for when choosing supplements. The fact that they include methyl B12 along with vitamins C and D3 makes them a well-rounded daily multivitamin. The vitamin content is impressive but I haven’t noticed a difference in hair growth. Considering the quality, the price feels very fair for the nutrition and peace of mind I’m getting. I’ll definitely keep these stocked — they’ve become a daily essential. I subscribe & save to help a little on cost, but I truly think they’re worth the price.

Background: 49 yr old reviewer here, 99% sure I'm perimenopausal. Extremely high-stress, overly demanding job, frequently work 7 days a week. So I need as much energy and balance as I can get. I've tried many multivitamins. I cannot swallow large pills, so choices are limited. I genuinely feel that this vitamin works, I felt a difference when I stopped for about a week and started again. More energy, in general just a better feeling overall. Best tasting vitamin gummy I've found. First few seconds have that vitamin flavor, but that quickly disappears with fruit flavors which are pleasant. The texture is less squishy like most gummy vitamins, which I actually prefer. It reminds me of pate de fruit consistency. I think it's worth the price for both quality and the fact that I don't have to eat an unpalatable vitamin. And again, I feel the difference from other multivitamins I've taken. As other reviewers have stated, they do tend to stick together and can be difficult to get out of the bottle. My solution: gently bang the bottle on its side on a counter so that the gummies are on the side, not the bottom of the bottle. Store bottle sideways. This way the pile of gummies is shorter and tends to break apart more easily. Yes, I usually have to gently bang the bottle again to loosen them up, but I've find storing them sideways makes it easier. It's not ideal, but these vitamins are worth the effort.

It's a bit pricey, and I'm not a fan of the taste...too tangy for me. It also has a weird, paste-like texture. However, I'll keep buying it for the health benefits, especially since it's organic and highly rated as one of the best. I take two a day instead of the recommended dose because I'm already taking other supplements.

I use other products from the My Kind line. They are quality products. However this is my first try with these Gummy Multis. I love that they meet all my requirements of organic, non GMO, gluten-free. I feel they are very effective. However comparing the taste & texture to the Hello Bello gummies I had been using, these fall short. I have had some real problems getting the Hello Bello brand which is why I ordered these. I had tried another organic Gummy Vitamin that was unpalatable. These Amy Kind I find palatable but not my favorite taste and texture. But A+ on effectiveness!

Such a delicious way to get your daily vitamins. Not too sweet., soft & after a few SHOES just melted her mouth. Non-GMO., organic. Definitely worth a try if you’re looking for a new multi.

Twice now, the bottles I have received were not properly sealed; the inner seal was lifting from the rim. The first time I reordered and the bottle sent in its place was fine. Amazon did not ask me to return the faulty bottle. I tossed it. I ordered again and the same thing happened. The inner seal was open. This time I didn’t reorder. My money was refunded and again I did not need to return the product. The gummies inside were hard. They must know that this is an issue because I had no problem with a refund but definitely buyer beware! TAKE NOTICE OF THE INNER SEAL!
