Quality waterproof jacket, does what it says on the till, if you know Berghaus sizing then L is normally big enough for XL men

Having had good wear from a similar priced Berghaus Jacket purchased about 6 years ago, disappointed to find this latest jacket is not as practical being shorter in length and appears to use much less material!Cost saving?Jacket returned for refund.

it was nice to get it early but i was away and left a note to say live next door but left out like it was still there. I tried it on and its looks prefect but its for Christmas

I like berghaus waterproof jackets as i find the pockets on them are quite big and berghaus seem to lastlonger in my opinion. I prefer them to other makes. the maitland i have bought is not waterproof in heavy rain it is 2 layer gortex only I find 3 layer better more reliable zips seem fine on this jacket so for size and weight -and good size pockets its fine for me .For a waterproof jacket use no less than 3 layer gortex throughout thejacket I wear my own 3 layer lightweight jacket under my maitland so i dont end up wet

As expected from Berghaus/Gortex, comfy, light, waterproof jacket great vfm

I only buy this brand, they are very good quality and last.
