I got the phone from FEDEX and a black Buick showed up and randomly delivered my phone once I got it it was good for the first 30 mins until I opened the camera app to see that it was not working. I would open the app upfor it to give me a warning to say the camera app failed. And I tried it again for it to crash again. The phone would not update at all it would tell me that the update was interrupted and to try again in the next 24 hrs and last but certainly not least not only was it already locked to att despite me getting it unlocked but the fingerprint scanner wouldn't work and said the fingerprint scanner needed to be calibrated I tried everything I even called Samsung to tell them what's happened and they remotely controlled my phone and everything and all they could do was tell me to go to a Samsung store in which I'm in Deming NM so there are no stores where I live and he also recommended that I trade it in for a s23 for a discounted price I even tried safe mode NOTHING worked I'm not saying don't buy from here but I'm saying to buy with caution I wish I took videos but I've already returned the phone the same day I got it.

The phone was delivered late but seller did message back fast to help figure the situation out. The phone had scratches on the sides as well as the back but screen was in good shape. It works well. I'm pretty satisfied with purchase over all.

Phone looked good like new and seems to operate fine. Too early to tell on the battery life

It does what I need and doesn't seem to slow down even though I have had this for nearly a couple if years. I'm a droid person, hate iPhone, so yeah, will probably buy another newer version of Samsong if this one gets to the point I need to switch. I play a couple of games and no glitches observed. Social media apps, no problems. I particularly like its work mode feature so no one interrupts me when I'm at work. IPhone users don't seem to have this feature (don't know why and don't care to know) and kerp asking me how to set it up. It came with the phone, so maybe stopp paying way too much to iPhone and use Samsong 😅

Phone was not unlockedIt was from TMobile and still had damage to the back piece. The sides were pretty jacked up but I guess refurbished- great quality is what it has now. Pics and media were not downloaded right because of the phone being tied to tmobile still.when I have a Verizon plan.

I needed something with good camera and recording, great sound quality ..and this one fit my criteria!The phone looks stylish, came unlocked, was easy to set up. The battery last a whole day even though I am listening Pandora radio station none stop and often using GPS at the same time. Happy with the purchase and the fact that it was not expensive phone.Definitely recommend it.
