Good value!
I may be biased but I do believe these have helped cut back on “hiss” and feedback in my practice room. I mounted them to 1/8” hardboard for ease of mount and remount if need be. I’m happy with noise reduction!

Double Up
To actually have some sound retention I’d recommend doubling up on however much you think you need. I don’t really notice much of difference with them vs without them

12 awfully thin pieces, Stickers to adhere to wall are a pain in the neck..Well you get what you pay for

Good foam for NC needs.
It has a good density. The stickers were just OK, I had to supplement them with special ones that I found here on Amazon. I don't fault them too much for this, it's hard to get good adhesives for this application, but it IS possible.

Not thick or sturdy at all - Very cheap and flimsy
No soundproof whatsoever. Very thin. Even light gets through. Packaging is a joke as well. Don’t waste your money. Very very disappointed.

Easy install, understand what it's for
These panels were easy to install. Just removed them from the bag and let them expand to their full size in a day or two. They come with little tape dots to put them on, and they installed easily without any issues (may want to clean your walls first with a clear that won't leave residue to ensure best adhesion). Just keep in mind, these aren't going to soundproof the space or anything else like that. They are going to deaden echoes, keep the room from being so "boomy", especially if it is a big room, has hardwood floors, etc. So you get a nicer acoustic feel in the room, but no, it's not going to let you play drums at 2 AM without getting the neighbors mad at you.J.Ja

Love them so far only dislike is peeling the stickers off is hard work but I will be ordering more in the next few days.

Not soundproof
Spent a day lining my wall with these, muffle sound that's all . An expensive disappointmentSpent the day installing, NOT soundproof just muffle sound

Low quality and compression damage
Different colours, different thicknesses and different densities. If you want this to mount on a wall it will look terrible.They came compressed and vacuum sealed. I bought these for padding and almost half of them won't fully decompress. These are not high density, and will do little to provide sound proofing.I regret this purchase
